trader deeds need to sell fast and cheapish cele server only

I hate wasting time sailing I want to stay on xanadu  all South East cele and near eachother.  great to buy set of them.

 

selling cheap 20-25s per trader

 

Sold Timberwood trader deed. small   only a 11 days left in upkeep  will let go for 20s  inland but lake with canel near by

 

Sold  Nature  preserve    has 2 traders and upkeep 4s ish   just over 30days left upkeep    will let go for 40s for 2 traders    as a bit inland, need to dock near brookhaven and walk 5 min west

 

Pending sale  edgewood  small trader deed. under 30  days left. 25s   liveable coastal

 

Pending sale  Brookhaven HUGE deed  87x67 I think   3  traders , yes 3 traders , upkeep 12ish I think just over a month left.

 

             Brookhaven has clay on deed, est. 50 homes and 3-4 places for workshops.  1 full size workshop with some mats left in like 2k hemp 89ql I think

           

             Dock area.  Hots tower, huge areas for pets.  some 4-5 trait horses still alive. enchanted grass areas. 

 

I paid a lot for brookhaven and worth every penny.  would have lived there forever but Xanadu called me. now only looking for 75s OBO  for the 3 traders and large deed.

 

I have tomorrow off and then the weekend. i'd like to sell off by sunday as xmas season coming my Real life job will take a ton of my time.

attemping to install new graphics card. might be down a bit.  hope to be online in an hour, unless I kill my computers.  but I think my old laptop works with wurm kinda

 

seems to work finally I can hav a video card on my newish computer.  over a yr with only intel integrated.  even computer store cound not fix.  but hp put a howto out. so bloody easy. 

 

back online at least
