Posted September 27, 2015 (edited) Some of the weapon potions only do the dmg in certain conditions from what I understand. For example afaik from word-of-mouth and limited tests with a frosted weapon, the frost potion on a weapon only impacts people who have that sorcery vulnerability. Granted this too might be a bug.
