Missions not rewarding sleep bonus on completion if you have more than 4 hours - Intentional or bug?

intentional as far as i know, its been like that forever. I dont understand the reason for it tho, what does it matter if you're over 4h or not...

It's intentional it seems. I have asked the same before and it seems that 3.5 hours and over, I never get anything for missions.
