Posted September 10, 2014 Technically anything other than wood or stone walls and doors is useless too, but the game is still better for all the options. The parapets as they currently exist are a real weak link the art. The wooden doesn't really match anything. I've used the stone on a few towers and it looks far more ornamental than anything else. And most notable to me was that the models don't meet up well in the corners and there is usually a gap. Don't get me wrong, I think the art dept does a great job, but there are problems with parapets.

Posted September 12, 2014 Parapets are just too blocky. Would love it to match the timber framed but to be better looking then just a re-skinned wood version.
Posted September 13, 2014 (edited) Actually this can be modified to be more useful. Current construction requires a few temp floors for various things such as larger rooms, overhangs, and etc. In the case of an overhang, "timbers bracing the floor above" could be constructed on the level below the overhang. Then you have a handy place for planning the floor and walls for the overhang. Edited September 13, 2014 by Klaa
