On the deed you have everything you need noobie or vet has a mine- horses- cattle bisons also has all 3 altars so covers all religions. 11 Houses everything has been organized as far as tools and resoures that are there. Comes with a Corbita and a canoe. The deed has a guard house and the deed is a finished deed so you can go right into skilling whatever you want.
