I am auctioning off Miya which has been on Deli server since just about the beginning and the deed holder Salbian who is a master blacksmith, here are some of the great things about Miya and Salbian.

• Large Smithing building with 2 rare forges
• On deed rodded silver, copper, zinc, and also have good quality iron, marble, lead and zinc (only thing I don't have is a gold ore vein)
• Huge stable area with about 15 5 speed horses, some cows and bison with about 50 tiles of enchanted grass.
• 3 Farming houses and areas, 2 are small about 9 tiles and one is large with over 50 tile.
• Around 500+ QL in gems.
• Have ore stored in BSB's from 50QL to 90QL (each stored in a different bsb by quality of 10)
• About 5 Hens that lay eggs regularly.
• Large tree farm that is partitioned off with every type of try.
• Salbian is able to Enchant grass using path of love.
• I have all keys and writs to all buildings.
• Salbian has a rare pickaxe and 2 rare long bows
• Salbian also comes with 2 merchant contracts, 1 is at puzzle plaza and the other is right outside Miya
• Salbian also has about 25 silver in the bank.
• Rare horse shoe 90+QL, no enchants
