Posted August 29, 2014 I +1 this idea years ago but,Beer, something that would be a social experience, using barly on a campfire or in a pan in the forge to cook, burnt would be more dark while lightly cooked would be lighter. Using large barrels to brew and transfering to small barrels when travelling, To get into it barly would be cooked to 3 stages, light, cooked, and burnt. Same as wheat, cooked in a forge or oven, can be added into a large barrel with fruits or anything that would give it flavor. When examining it it would say fermenting for xx hours. It would be fermenting till all liquid is gone, when activating a small barrell and clicking the beer it would fill the small barrell and examing that would say fermented xx hours, made by xx, and after skill gain say has a maple, pumpkin taste (if added barley, wheat, maple, pumpkin) and also say has a dark or light color. After even more skill gain it would say a weak, normal. Strong. Potent, alchol content.The higher the content or excessive amount would give u better fighting but lower def, make fishing better, being able to dig twice as much or even recover stamina faster, and just like in POI would see illusions, but all perks would be linked to certain mixtures if not random.
