Supreme cart - We were negotiating on a buyout and in the middle of it he told me he just accepted another buyout sorry. I am assuming he was asking the other people in the race if they could top this offer, or perhaps someone just made him an offer he just could not refuse.  Of course he is free to pick his winner  so congratulations to the new owner.
