[Auction] Bloodmoon Bay - Deed with Trader (Indy) - 1s start.

Up for auction is my last deed on Independence.  The deed is Bloodmoon Bay and is a working deed (not just a Trader deed) located at the north tip of the Kinoss Bay on southwest Indy (14x,47y on the player made map).  Quite a bit of time went into creating the deed and there is a bit of sadness letting it go, but I simply do not have time for it.  (Optional:I can provide a deed holder who is already onsite at the deed location, but does not currently hold the deed form.  If the buyer so desires, I can make him premium for an additional 10s to save the buyer the trouble of moving a deed holder over there. This can be decided after auction ending).
