Switching severs and ended up in " The Void"

My in-game name is Shagsdeval. I was on my way to Xanadu for a delivery, when i got this message.<Shagsdeval> [18:40:10] An error was reported from the login server. Please try later or report this using /support if the problem persists. then i try to re-log and i get message saying i have to create an account.
