I really hope that whomever buys that deed doesn't mess up the area too much, it should be considered critical infrastructure

What ores are in the mine? Qualities and how much left?

Any items left on deed or is it being scrapped and just buildings and that's it?

Historic or been around forever or not I want to know what's worth my 50s...

But that isn't "old" Freedom Docks deed, it's same name deed placed on same site.
