Posted June 27, 2014 So a couple of hours ago, I was on Wurm and everything was fine. I was on a call with my ISP, because I had some Internet issues, my download speed would drop from 120Mbps to 70Mbps, which is a big drop consider I play with my Ethernet cord plugged in, so it isn't wireless. Anyway he told me that he was resetting my IP address because the modem I am using has some known problems with that, and doing that would fix it. And then he got me to restart in Safe Mode Networking and try my speed. Everything turned out great. Then when I restarted my computer in normal mode, my Wurm would no longer open. I can press in my username and password, but the window opens in black and says not responding. The log I get is this: Description: A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.Problem signature: Problem Event Name: AppHangB1 Application Name: javaw.exe Application Version: 7.0.600.19 Application Timestamp: 536a95c6 Hang Signature: df3e Hang Type: 0 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1030 Additional Hang Signature 1: df3e6457481ee7055a34ab96138b125b Additional Hang Signature 2: cef6 Additional Hang Signature 3: cef69a33f3157717cf72b9424f577681 Additional Hang Signature 4: df3e Additional Hang Signature 5: df3e6457481ee7055a34ab96138b125b Additional Hang Signature 6: cef6 Additional Hang Signature 7: cef69a33f3157717cf72b9424f577681Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt And I have restarted like 10 times, checked to see if I have any updates etc. Uninstalled and reinstalled Java. All sorts of things and still nothing. It should be said that the computer is new and it's a gaming computer, really amazing, no virusses or anything like that. I don't understand this. Posted June 27, 2014 (edited) I believe her problem is with explorer.exe on the computer, not the Wurm client.Whatever it was that was done in Safe Mode, it screwed it over.. Edited June 27, 2014 by boombza
