Posted June 18, 2014 I am really close to stop playing Wurm due to a problem that I am experiencing with my client, and how I am not getting any solid assistance from the communtiy or staff members.Whenever I play Wurm, my client periodically crashes every 3 minutes, whether I move in a direction or (especially) when I use my mouse. This is really getting on my nerves, and it's also annoying how I am not getting any help from anybody.
Posted June 18, 2014 It could really be anything without knowing more about your rig and settings. But a wild stab is that your computer can not render everything in your area or your ISP can't handle the bandwidth and dc's you for exceeding allotted bandwidth. Posted June 18, 2014 Maybe the Graphics Card can't handle it. ISP is only for Internet Connection Responsible not for the gameplay.

And you will probably continue to not get any help unless you post computer hardware details, Wurm console log, and any windows error messages. You have to give a little to get a little. http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/9223-read-before-posting-how-to-handle-different-types-of-crashes/ http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/27625-common-issues-and-fixes/ Edited June 18, 2014 by Chuck
Posted June 18, 2014 Please also post the console.player.log of the character youre crashing on. Does it occur on all characters?. Have you tried reducing settings to minimum? Have you checked your java version is correct and up to date? Have you checked all your drivers to ensure they're up to date? Have you cleared your java cache? Posted June 18, 2014 (edited) I had similar problem with a friends laptop. Took me time to figure it out why it was crashing.Problem coused by laptop having two different graphic cards. one for regular use, one for more performance (for games etc.).When double clicking laptop used the regular graphic card to open the client which couldnt handle wurm.Solution was easy tho after finding the reason. just r.click the client shortcut, selected "open with high performance g.card" and everything went smooth after that.Since you give very litle information i cant tell u the reason ur crashing but if this is the issue, there is your solution.
