Do you travel to place the BT enchant on a bow? I'm looking to get it on my rare longbow but I'm in Xanadu.

Just be advised that hitting animals does not trigger BT, it has to be used on other players. But you should still buy things from Rose.

libila priest temporarily turn to other faith when going to freedom. So no, I can't 'travel and enchant' it. Plus the highest BT made by enchanting is like 100.. which around 0.1% more damage.. tbh.. not worth it except you want it just for fancy .

Does the rotting touch enchant affect uniques? Do they just regen the damage, or do the wounds remain and increase in severity?

Supposedly it affect and reduce healing regen rate. We will see after a batches of weapons I send to someone prove it.
