Posted June 2, 2014 Hello, I have placed support tickets on this. I have tried to register two characters on Sunday at 8:10 ish am EST. I did check the settings on each gmail account. I looked in the spam folder and then checked every single folder in the email account. I have not recieved a response from the request. Usually I have recieved the email in the first hour but here it is 24 hours later and still no email. Both the gmail accounts used do not have five toons on them. Both have one. Im posting here since the ingame support ticket hasnt been worked other than forwarded to a gm. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted June 2, 2014 GMAIL is blocking our e-mail ... please see http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/102741-registering-problems/. Until we can resolve this, all we can suggest is to use a non-GMAIL account. You can change that in-game once the issue is resolved. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

No, griper, you cannot find them in the spam folder. They are literally not making it through the mail filters. All of my accounts are currently locked because they are tied together on one email account. I thought I could change one password independently but apparently all of my accounts were assigned new passwords when I submitted the email address in question through this link: http://shop.wurmonline.com/WurmWeb/index.jsp?c=resetpassword Be warned, DO NOT PUT YOUR GMAIL EMAIL ADDRESSES WHICH ARE ASSIGNED TO WURM ACCOUNTS IN THE ABOVE LINKED FORM. YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF ALL ACCOUNTS THAT SHARE THE EMAIL ADDRESS UNTIL YOU GET DIRECT HELP FROM A GM OUT OF GAME BECAUSE THE SYSTEM INSTANTLY ASSIGNS NEW PASSWORDS WHICH ARE NOT BEING DELIVERED TO THE USER. It would be great if the form could check for @gmail.com and block the Continue button from being pressed (or something to that effect).
