Not loadable can push/pull/turn.

 

Gives Mission errors when you push it. Which suggests you need to finish it at the creation site. But someone else will have to try that. I've added pieces to that for the last 2 weeks or so since the mission was available for at least 4 hours a night.

Any more info? Which skill does this use? Can it be imped? Seems not.

Uses  high masonry skill and doesn't appear to be impable.

 

Using 50+ql mats at 70 masonry gave 2 out of 5 fails

So is it possible to start creating it at a 5x5 paved area, pick it up and then drop with within a village and finish it there?

Would love to make one on my deed.

Yes, but you would likely get the cant expand/modify deed stuff that comes with a mission structure

While it gave you mission error, does it still move?

it moves via push pull once finished.
