Lowered deed item decay plus metallurgy fix

Decay on deed for decorative (non-pilable) items outside houses was made 3 times slower

Bugfix for steel creation

Added Mycelium Lawn to the tile types that auto-feed

lamps on highways at 40ql still decay too fast... 1 week and 3dmg :S  horrible  could also be destroyed now...  so i dont see reason to keep that fast decay on em

Ok, i just got into steel making... What was the bug and what was fixed??


 


Nvm, checked the bug section, was at the top.


I actually used lumped up iron and coal to do it a couple times, but since my limiting factor was coal not the iron, i never even realized the bug. (And yes, obtaining hundreds of Kg of iron is quite fast for me thank god).


But mostly i've been doing them 1 by one to try and get a healthy ammount of high ql steel using low ql charcoal.
