Wrong achievement for getting a rare item

I made a rare unfinished coal pile (first step, log + kindling), and I got the 'Really Rare' achievement for it. Wiki says this achievement is handed out for making a supreme item.

I didn't expect to get an achievement.

steps to reproduce:

combine log and kindling to make a coal pile, make it rare.

'Really Rare' achievement is for making a rare item. (wiki is incorrect if it says otherwise)

Well then yeah wiki is wrong. Is this a new achievement? Because I got it for the first time and i have made many rare items before, including the day before that pile (imped hatchet to rare).

Improving to rare is not same as making it as a rare item
