Tile Texture Bug and Huge Pointy Texture Bug Not resolved - returned

I'll attach some pictures. The tile bug is when the textures of another thing are on top of what should be there, like sand that should be cobble. Oftentimes it isn't even lined up on the grid - you'll see. The tile bug is very frequent and has been going on a while. Think I had it on my old laptop too so don't think it's a computer thing. The other bug happens rarely but a random thing [i've seen it happen to horses, people, tower guards, a stone wall] will suddenly have a huge pointy texture that goes up into the sky. I posted one happening to a person some months ago I think, I'll see if I can dig up a link. If you need a log, remind me how to get it and I'll paste it in.

From what I remember, the red tint issue was caused by graphics card and/or drivers.  Have you tried updating your graphics drivers to the latest version?


 


Also, might want to post your system info as well, it helps to narrow some issues down.

Red graphics was from the card overheating if I recall?

On a side note the pointy big stuff isn't usually red, that was just the only picture I have at the moment. I'll post another if I encounter it again today. It just goes huge and normally you can recognise bits of it. It was a huge face when it was the person before.

Don't worry, it may have gone, haven't seen it today at least. Disabled VBO Compat. Seems to have worked. Thanks for the help though
