  1. Wild Growth having no effect

    I'm on Exodus, around R18 (I live in Wessendale if you need specifics) and the past couple days or so I've noticed that Wild Growth does...nothing. I get the "You succeed." and "An invigorating energy flows through you into the ground and reaches the roots of plants and trees." messages, I certainly lose the favor of a successful cast...but no tree around the target tile OR the caster ages or changes. Young trees which previously visibly change after a Wild Growth cast remain unchanged. No new sprouts grow. Nada. I haven't been casting Wild Growth for a while, so I can't pin exactly when it started, but I have found logs showing Wild Growth was working September 24th (2014 of course) without issue. I have tried casting it on deed, in perimeter, and completely offdeed...all to the same results: nothing.
  2. Shriveled Trees

    They don't really contribute anything and you need to cut them down and replant to get a new good tree. I suggest the Fo spell Wild Growth gives them life again. Something like [00:00:00] Trees in the area are revigorated!

  4. Wild Growth Doesn't Affect Bushes

    Casting wild growth near camellias seemed to have no effect on them. I tried several times and the bushes remained unaffected. Instead, a pine 2 tiles away turned from overaged to shriveled and then vanished leaving a grass tile with an "invisible tree model" on it (it was blocking movement). Refreshing and reloging fixed only the problem of the "invisible tree model" (I could move freely through the grass tile). It looks like that there is a similar problem with grape bushes too.

There is no extra charge if it casts higher. Enchanted Grass: 20c for travel then 1s per tile. It takes 18 hours for the cast to recharge, so I will need to camp out if you need more than one tile. Wild Growth: 20c for travel then 10c per cast Note: It takes many casts to raise a tree to fully overgrown. Each cast raises the tree one level. There are maybe 5 levels between each growth stage, but sometimes a tree will randomly grow a level before the next cast. Genesis: 20c for travel, then 50c per cast, (1 cast available every half hour) Genesis rids a horse of 1 random, negative trait. Negative traits include: (From Wurmpedia) "It has malformed hindlegs." (Minor speed penalty) "The legs are of different length." (Major speed penalty) "It seems overly aggressive." (Goes into frenzy when attacked) "It looks very unmotivated." (Seldom uses speed boosts?) "It is unusually strong willed." (Will drop lead or unhitch from a cart at random) "It has some illness." (Usually unridable. Penalty to body strength)* "It looks constantly hungry." (is twice as fast hungry again) "It looks feeble and unhealthy." (Prone to disease) The following traits are generally considered undesirable or useless, but will not be removed with genesis: (From Wurmpedia) "It has keen senses." (Increased agro range or possibly harder to tame?) "It has a certain spark in its eyes."   7. I am looking for a Fo Priest to cast Wild Growth on a pair of enchanted Oak Trees that I want removed. Currently, both trees are at the Very Old stage; I need them aged to Old and Shiveled so I can plant other oak/willow trees and kill the enchantment. Please contact me, Hiro, here or in game if interested. The trees are on my deed at 30y 14x (just north of the peat).
  8. Wild growth, growing hedge on another's deed. I can't get this to work using different permission for forestry and cutting old trees. [09:53:10] You are not allowed to affect the hedges in Delialicious. Edit: Became a citizen of the deed and it works.
  9. Pc: Fo Wild Growth Casts

    So, I'm curious to know what Fo priests (Deli) would charge per cast / for a day of casting roughly. Shipbuilding for me is a long task of waiting for the trees, but if its reasonable and someone is willing to then I might just do it this way, saves waiting 3-5 more weeks for my trees to be very old + and then to find someone to cut them So, Fire away I guess, Also.. Would it be cheaper to buy a fo priest ? lol P.S. Wasn't sure where to put it
