What it has to offer: - Deed fully fenced in by tall walls and hedges around the tall walls - safety through deed guard - 41x41 tiles mostly flat farm land (about 90% flat and farm) - bsbs and fsbs scattered all over the farm for congenient farming - sandstone and iron mine - buildings with beds, forges, ovens, and some tools - trees on the property, mostly oaks - several fenced in fields so you could easily breed animals - several enchanted grass tiles - absolutely awesome hunting territory all around the deed - trader access if you want - several sorts of seeds available to start your farm - and of course you can keep and even sell your crops and whatever you produce here! What do I expect from you? - Basically just that you diligently pay the monthly upkeep each month in advance so that it never falls below 28 days ! Currently it is 4 silver 47 copper per month. - no terraforming please! It should all stay nice and flat. Additional fencing allowed though if you want. Partial rental is possible too. Arrangement can be made for several months up to a year. I am currently stuck in an important RL project and can not spend time on this deed. [17:26:22] There is zinc ore (utmost quality) nearby. Guard tower is in port(outside deed) Mailbox in main building [17:58:46] Courier has been cast on it, so it seems to be possessed by something. [83] There's 440 walls on deed. Materials for these walls are worth 44s. I am looking to sell my first deed. It's a waterfront property on lake Wyvern. It is a stone's throw to the canal that leads out to the ocean. It is located at x14, y9. I resized it as small as possible to reduce upkeep, but it has unlimited east west expansion. The mine has 2 exposed iron ores. One is a normal iron that I have mined a few hundred from and the other is a Good iron that I just exposed and never mined. There are also many marbles. Two marbles exposed are very good. There are a good deal more behind section that collapsed recently. Inside the mine is a forge and a small cart. The house is a 2 x 2 by 2 story wooden building. Inside is a forge, an oven, three chests, and a BSB. Upstairs is a bed. There are two large farm fields in front of the house. Nearby resources - There is a clay peninsula a short boat ride away. There is also a source of zinc and copper just a few minute walk from the deed. I am looking to sell for 22s or best offer.

Im thinking about selling my deed Ages li. Will only sell if i get a resonable offer otherwise i will keep it for a while longer. Been inactive for awhile so no animals and caved in mines. Id like to get Real money via paypal. but what do you know, i just might give in to silver idk. I made it a castle like deed, its fully enclosed with tall stone walls and the deed reaches out 1 tile past the walls creating a safe zone for players. 9 buildings, 6 stone, 3 wood. was planning on 7 more but never got around to it. most of the 10 perimeter is flat usable space. 2 mines. 1 on deed that has iron and tin. 1 off deed right off my perimeter has many things but its mostly caved in. its a large mine. its just west of Silent Hill on the NE part of the Independance server Thanks, Hope to hear from yall soon.

ANOTHER ROUND OF AUCTIONING THE FLAME CHEAPER BIDDING AND THIS TIME SILVER ONLY As you can read in the title, I'm auctioning deed "The Flame", which is in Deliverance. (Coordinates: 26X 45Y map: http://wurmmapsearch...et/DeliMap.html ) The deed is in south, very close to sea. (about minute with large carts) The whole deed is almost walled enclosure with palisade gates, big flat area at west, which has tons of dirt and they can be sold, used for something else or left there, and it has mine with iron and spawning cave bugs. (At northwest, there is area without walls due flattening and high slope.) There is rock area which is surface mined to it's current stage, and one house is in this area. (east of big flat area) Deed also has guard tower, few pens, tar spot, two houses and highway going trough the deed from north to south. There area great forest in north of the deed, and pretty much around it too. Many players have owned this deed before, and it has been terraformed and rebuilt many times. Overall, this deed is good for skilling or small village. The information of deed upkeep and area is here: Upkeep is only two silvers and seventy coppers and it has lots of free area. Details of auction: Lasts one week + one day of the post. (Next sunday at 4pm GMT) The bidding starts from 20 silvers. Minium increment is 1 silver. This time I want the price in silver.
