  1. I am sure I am not alone in this thought, but if you have taken the time to reinforce the floors and walls of your mine on deed there should be zero chance of a pile of rock crashing down and destroying what ever item that happens to be sitting on the tile. If there is a double collapse bye bye your cathedral ceiling. This is especially true if building in mines ever becomes a thing, I do not want to see part of a structure taken out at random. I know this feature has been disabled for now, but that one day it was activated there was a lot of collapses on all the servers, perhaps more in the 24 hour time spam than previously seen in years in places that never had collapses before. We know the dev's are trying to decide how to implement the feature and have itchy trigger fingers waiting to turn it back on and we need to let them know what we want it not to do. For the time it takes to build these reinforcement beams (I know priests can spam out the walls) for the floors they should provide the security we all believed they were supplying for a long time.
  2. It would be nice for priests to have a spell to reinforce mine floors as they do for walls. This spell should be able to reinforce floors in canals even under water.
  3. I have thought about this for a long time, and decided it's time to suggest it. How about having square set timbering to use in the mines? It was invented to make mines safer, and to allow mining both up and down for quite a long distance. I don't suggest this as support of the mines (although many of us have huge open expanses in our mines that should collapse). No, I suggest his to allow mining the ceilings upward for greater heights. This could be the preliminary stage before allowing buildings in mines, so we can mine to make room for multistory buildings in mines. Some may like the style, and use it in their mines for esthetic purposes. Here is a link to the Wikipedia about them: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Philip_Deidesheimer&redirect=no We already have timbers ingame, so just making them work in this fashion for mines is all that needs to be done, although I admit that may be the harder part to do.
  4. 3.5S per 50 They are full beams minus one ribbon. The ribbons are included. I am 5 mins South of FM. Let me know! Delivery available on Crystal Lake most days by ship when the wind encourages me to do so.
