  1. I am not only one with this problem(s). Although there is fix to me personally, I decided to post this. I am playing with Windows 10 and AMD RX580 gpu. These seem to fix the issue, will continue testing A: Taking jacket (chest armour) off and putting it back "clears the glitch" B: GLSL setting off seems to work without problems
  2. Hello, I am using the modern renderer and if i have GLSL turned to core then i get around 10-15 FPS and the game is jumpy and laggy. If i turn GLSL to disabled i can get without anything else changed around 60-100 FPS with much smoother game experience. Any idea what i can do to prevent having to play with "boring" visual effects? Any help or solutions would be apreciated. Thanks
  3. Linux users heads up: After this patch I could not load wurmclient or wurmclient_lowmem on machine running Linux Mint. Got a red box. Error log said the rain system was preventing the game from loading. Turned off GLSL and game loads without problem.

Running the current unstable client on a laptop with integrated Intel HD4000 VGA and GLSL on, the bottom half of the picture is not rendering the worl above ground, it shows the cave layer instead. Turning GLSL off fixes the issue, but if set to Core or Extension the issue is present despite relogs.   5. First, let me state that by "extremely poor", every few seconds my FPs dips to 0-8 fps and jumps back to 20-30 on a single client. My other character is unaffected. Both clients (Netto and my priest) use the unstable client. While this is occurring, I'm seeing huge CPU spikes in Task Manager for this one client. Once I login with Netto, the CPU for that client goes to 21%. Performance/fps issues Extremely poor performance on certain high-end systems Disable GLSL in compatibility tab. Please also make a bug report post with your console.log I saw this and disabled GLSL and walked around a bit in game and didn't have the issue. I can validate better tomorrow night.   7. Well i have a bit of an issue here, if i use GLSL support then i get the stretched npc bug and if i switch GLSL off then i get the moving floor textures bug! What should i do???
  8. Hello, theres still fps problem with GLSL since the 1.1 patch. There is something wrong with the GLSL. If I set GLSL on Core I get 10fps and no lighting effect on objects that are around fire. If I set GLSL to Disabled I get normal 30fps and I can see the flickering lights from fires on objects. But I cannot see reflections on water. This is clearly a bug from Wurm 1.1 that has not yet been fixed. With GLSL enabled. I cannot use shadows without suffering from poor fps (below 15fps). If I disable shadows my fps never drop below 30 even when looking at the water and its reflections. With GLSL disabled. No reflections, I can enable full settings, full shadows and the rest and stay at 30 fps. For some reason GLSL cause fps problem with shadows which makes them mutually exclusive. Will you please make reflections unrelated to GLSL so I can play with both reflections and shadows. I run win7 64-bit with latest java. I have ati radeon 6950 and fx-8120 amd processor.
