Herewith an seven day aution for Kiyono the Mountain Resort between Puzzle Plaza Market and Pilgrim's Gate on Deliverance. Sold via a private offer. Thanks for looking and the interest. Immediate buy out for 80 Silver Snipe Protection of 1 hour - any bid inside the last hour will extend the auction by one more hour for any previous bidders only. The deed is a Mountain Top Deed with fantastic views and is sized 21*37 with 5 perimeter. No Templars but a 50+QL tower on deed with 5 tower guards and is walled. 22 Silver in the bank for 400 days of upkeep at 1.55.40 per month Entry is via one of two tunnles from near Pilgrim's Gate or Puzzle Plaza and these lead to extensive minings as well as to the surface. Currently unused but a small amount of farm land for crops and good horse pens with enchanted grass. There is an off site trader that does not contribute to the deed upkeep but is included in the price. There is an off site merchant with goods in PPM. Two utmost iron ore veins and one very good gold, plus other iron and copper and marble. Numerous racks, BSB, FSB, Chests etc with junk and treasure are included There are four buildings Long View House - Workroom, 2 bedrooms and a private chapel. The Barn - 3 floors each 3x3 - gound level parking for 2 small carts, 1 large cart, 1 catapult, 1 wagon - first floor has multiple BSB with contents - second floor has two FSB with crops. All 3 deity alters at token all made in gold and blessed. 2 mail boxes with low cast of courier. Large animal pen setup for breeders or tamers. Comes with some 5 speed horses and many 4 speeds. Work shop with many forges for smithing activities and a side setup for cooking. Cooking area has around 500 pans *not sure some may of decayed* for power leveling hot food cooking. Auctioning a deed because the owner is moving to another server. It is in eastern Independence coordinates are 55x 33y. The deed is called Shadow Forrest and is a 21x21 and the monthly upkeep is 1s a month with 2 years in the token already. Lots of things will be left at the deed when the owner moves such as 500 QL 22 gold, 200-300 each of lead and zinc, 1K pumpkins, 100 QL 50 Iron, Lots of QL 40 and 50 logs, assorted body parts, 500+ meat and lots of other things as there is too much to load on a boat. The deed has a fairly good sized mine and 2 buildings. The main building is a 7x7 and the guest building is a 3x7. The gate house is open to the kingdom for anyone to come look at the deed if you wish. We are trying to post pics they will be under this post if we can get them to go through.
