  1. On crash, or unexpected crashes on Windows/ Linux / mac of the client, can reset the currently used settings profile causing a big headache if one does not backup their settings.
  2. My client closes unexpectedly a couple of times a day. No particular actions trigger this (tested with walking, mining, digging and idle). It can crash just one client, while there are two open and the other one continues to run. It is not consistent with being the active or inactive client window that crashes. System Console.Log
  3. Fixed. Was plugged into the wrong HDMI plug. Please close at ur leisure. So ya, I got a new computer. Loaded the correct Wurm on my computer. Moved all my player files to the players directory. But when I start Wurmonline from the 'choose client' icon, 'old UI', my client crashes instead of delivering me to Wurm. I am assuming this is a 'me' and 'new computer' problem, I hope not all of Wurm is down. Below is my crash log.   4. Game crashed and I was asked to post it on forum on the client. Did put everything to high in graphics after trying to enable glsl support with very low graphics which gave me 2 fps.   5. Hello Wurmians, As of late I'm having a strange problem with my client, where it would freeze up and crash itself if other join my local. Using 16GB ram, Lowered all settings in the wurm client like water details, range items, trees I tried several versions of java newer ones older ones (all 64-bit tho) nothing seems to help. As long as no one enters my local i can play just fine, dont crash with every account entering my local but once it gets to a few accounts in local I will crash. Anyone know a way against this? After a while I noticed a pattern of only getting a crash once female toons enter local.
  6. What is happening is I installed steam and Wurm Unlimited on an older, by a few years, desktop unit and had no problems. When I attempted to play the game it loads the server window but when I try to load the server I get a client crash that indicates it can not open the indicated window size. I have adjusted the window size to be the same as what the computer is running and that did not help. I changed it to full windowed mode and that did not help. I changed it to 100 pixels shy of the full size in windowed mode and that also did not help. I am not sure what else to do.   8. These crashes/ black outs fixed themselves somehow. Am happy. Hi, I just got new computer with Windows 10. I have been incessantly crashing, over and over from Wurm. Was wondering if this was the correct spot on forums to post my problem, this type of problem, or not. My crashes come in different flavors. Mostly, my Wurm window just disappears, and I get a crash report text file dropped on my desktop (I got a bunch of those now). Sometimes, my entire computer crashes. Once, my Wurm online client window, suddenly went all black. could not see anything but a consistent black screen. Had to use task bar to close my wurm window, since I could not even see the little box that asked me if I really wanted to quit or not. Is Windows 10 normally buggy w/ Wurm? Is this a known issue? Any ideas at all what I can do to fix this? I just recently paid 1 year premium on this and would really like to continue playing Wurm, if at all possible.   9. Howdy o/ I can not log onto Wurm Online. Every time I try to log on, I get a pop up crash notification. Then there is no text file crash file put on my desktop. This appears to be the same problem I had other day. You guys did something, told us you were going to fix it. Then you fixed it, said everything should be ok now. Also, I notice, I do not see the server status notifications on my wurm client window at log on. Doesn't it usually show each server and how many are logged on each server? I do not see that in my Wurm Online window client window at log on, where I select the account I wish to log on at. I did not see any other posts about this, for today. So I'm creating this new post.   11. EDIT: My apologies! I thought this was the WU forum. It is just the main one. My bad. I should of double checked! So earlier today Wurm was running fine. I got one crash and I figured it was my computer. Now I can't even open the launcher without it crashing. There is no HS_ERR_PID on my desktop, no error log and the client isn't freezing; just crashing. Any suggestions on this fix?

  14. Why did my client go to zero FPS and stay there, i.e. frozen and unplayable ??

After the yesterday's server restart / patches or whatever fixes I am now randomly getting fps drop 30-60min after logging in and client crashes soon after.. jumps from 30(locked in settings) to 0 fps for 1-2 minutes and eventually freezes and crashes, no error log have been made, or anything in console.log, Is there any way to debug/help solve this issue?

Not long after I got a client crash with a red box, but didn't copy and paste what was in there as it's happened before.
