In the not too distant past Libila template kingdoms had their champion slots reduced to three. And while there was some outcry the result was largely satisfactory to the community. However we now have tosiek on the scene. Any reasonable player would have thought it would have shared the slots of the God that raised him to godhead ( magranon). This turned out to not be the case. He hold's a set of (atleast) 3 champion slots and may or maynot even have a cap on them Now why is this even worth mentioning. Well, it breaks the balance of champion slots held by templates favouring those with either the numbers to ninja sermon up to the required faith or those with inside information of some form. Enter Horton, ex chancellor of mr chaos, owner of HOM, gm, family man, champion of tosiek and all round swell guy. Well what's wrong with this you ask, he put in all that hard work and finally realised his goal of becoming tosiek's favored champion literally taking him weeks of effort and organising massive sermons which had the side effect of lowering his peons and alts alignment (save for tosiek alts). This would be wonderful except that his kingdom now has 4 champions something which he knows shouldn't be possible or allowable by the 3 per template ruling. And it's not like he wouldn't have heard in internal boards and irc that becoming a tosiek champ should not be possible, especially with the hourly checks for online followers to ascertain tosiek's favour (?). Were it any other player this would be a non issue and would be tidied back into atleast a status would quo situation in short order. But he isn't, he is a gm; an arbiter and enforcer of the ruleset and sets the example for all players through hus actions. So if he, at his level is abusing dodgy mechanics on a live server, then how can it be expected that others won't follow suit. What would be the point in rules
