I think it would be neat if the hallucinations from the path of insanity would follow you around till you logged out, even through locked doors/gates ( like those creepy tower guards and spirit templars that roam your deed's, templars even walk through walls { if a hallucination did that }) and across water. It would add more to the immersion of the path. Plus it would just be a cool wow factor to add in.

SOTG being nerfed thats a given. Here's a suggestion: Activate ability: Summons a shadow pet that fights for you, While active, person takes 20% less damage, the 20% damage is transferred to the pet. Any heals the person receives, the pet will take 20% of that heal to keep it alive but otherwise receives no AOE heal. If the pet does decent damage, it would be valuable.... plus with the idea of revamping pet system, this could be viable. Also people would want to focus the pet down first since it wouldn't be as strong as the player and essentially giving the person a damage buffer.

When a person who is following the path of insanity is mining, there could be a small chance that a freakish monster spawns behind him to startle him when he or she turns around. After seeing this the player could automatically play a "scream" emote and the monster could then disappear.
