  1. The Grave Knight Server was thought up by three friends whom got tired of playing on other servers. Amber and Reaper Spent a month making the 4 highways across the map, they Built up the central deed as its current glory as it is today, they have add the L-shape buildings around the Main buildings which where the old part of starter and housed things such as the Beds, crafting, Smithy and others. Each of the L-shape buildings houses different things, such as all the wagons, banners, flags that are on the server. The merchant area with player and Gm Merchants. One holds the Treasure chest (keys are spread around the server). There is Four islands on the map each has a different thing on them, such as Rift, Uniques, PVP and the last on is the home of the Gm's, there are 4 docks at the end of the highway around the map, each has a trader in the buildings, and room to park your ships. Free Starter Deeds - No deed founding cost to help new players jump right in to the game. There is deed upkeep however, this is to limit abandonded deeds cluttering the world. Login to a complete starter town where you can grind and develop your skills safely.There you will find a Smithy, Carpentry, Cooking, Tailoring, beds and more. One alt per ip address they will not be gave the skill boost or coin. Maximum Creatures:25,000 Aggressive creatures 50% Epic Seetings Newbie Friendly Skill gain: 20x Action gain: 50X Feild Growth: harvestable in 1 hour, no rot. Two Free 5 Speed Horses for new explorers. No Priest restrictions.
  2. I am a returning player. I was traveling to a few different continents in order to build and decorate for people. Some things happened in real life and I got pulled away. I'm looking forward to getting back into it. I'm hoping to find a active or semi active community, with room to grow ,that could use a hand. If my account has not been deleted, I should have money to pay for my upgraded account immediately. I use Discord as primary communication. We have a Wurm Online style economy with big market places where people can sell their items to other people. There are many events where you can earn items, rare armor and coins. With our servers we hope to give you and us a fun experience playing and surviving together in the big world of Wurm Unlimited. Down below we have listed a bunch of the features our server we have: PVE: Server specs: -3 Servers -200 Slots - two 4096x4096 maps - one 2048x2048 hunting map The Team The Team is playing Wurm Online since now more than 8 years and this mostly excessively. Furthermore it also happens that both Dominikk and myself are versed in programming and specially Dominikk has already impressively shown some great features. Combined we have a service record that pretty much covers every server and gameplay aspect, we slayed Dragons on snowy peaks, fought great battles on land and see, laid siege to impressive fortresses, made a living as merchants, worked as a low level staff member for some time, hosted events and constructed dozen of villages. This experience gives us a really good understanding of how this game works, not just mechanically, but also how it can excite you every time again. Dominikk, Sklo, Engineer Everyone is dedicated to make this work and guarantee the best wurming experience. Dominikk is working as Linux and Windows server admin for a living and is determined to keep your progress save. He put down a backup plan so you can see how serious we take it. Data Safety Backups will happen every 3 hours daily and every Monday there will be a weekly backup. They will be stored local on the server in Germany and all backups are transferred to a server in Austria about 800km away too. Further more we keep daily backups up to one month and weekly backups up to 6 months. So if something goes wrong we likely can restore ingame items up to 6 months. (every 30 minutes for skill tic) No more "You fail to relax" messages during meditation. You no longer need to move for meditation skill gain. Cooldown between meditation path levels has been decreased by 80% from WO standards. Meditating is now also part of the skill multiplier. TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE: You will be able to run faster with heavier weight in inventory (max speed will stay at 17kmh) Faster movement on animals, carts, boats and ships Forges will fit 100 ores. Forges work when loaded. All the different forges will produce ash now. 19 Body Strenght to load items. (crates, forges, ovens, etc.) Decreased loading timer. Increased loading radius. Crates now hold a lot more items. Moving of bulk goods is no longer limited to inventory capacity. (drag more than 100 items) Meat, Fish and filets fit into Fsb and Crates. Mushrooms Fit into Fsb and Crates. You can drop Hot items into the bsb and fsb. Hitch animals to ships to transport them Items put in Crates or Bulks will be sorted by QL level (base 10) automatically. FARMING: Crops only take 1 day to grow and NEVER rot. Decreased Sowing timer. Harvest from Cart or Mount. TERRAFORMING: ~45 mining hits per wall Digging and leveling works like mining. Surface Mining will lower the rock on every hit. FUNCTIONALITY: Added /seasons command which shows when the next fruits etc get ripe. Added a season MOTD. Added an inbreed warning message. Drowning is now completely disabled. NEWS: One week bridge cooldown due to a WU bug has been removed. Now a welcome message for new players appears in Event. CA Help is now enabled for newbies by default. Fix for characteristics skill multiplier. Fixed a dredging bug. Donation System is live. Tools can improve themselves now (hammer on hammer etc.) Dragon loot has been increased. Drake loot has been increased. GMs and DEVs no can use the powers of Zeus Action timers are fixed Receive karma for being online Animal creature ratio on deeds is tripled Lightning on player death Creature spawn bug is fixed. Thanks to Bdew! All gods share an alchemy affinity now, which means the same double favor items as Libila Added voting bounties. You will now receive a small bounty for voting at use the commando /voted to receive the money to your bank. Treasure chests should no longer spawn with locks. Creature slaying bounties will now go directly to bank. The different pauldron types are now craftable with a high difficulty. We added the Fireburntime Mod, which shows the remaining fire time.     Ogygia started on Aug 31, 2018, and it is here to stay! It aims to provide the original hard-to-survive experience of Wurm. Login at Esperia and march forth to conquer the 4096x4096 map. Vanilla: everything 1x, no mods, characteristics start at 19, all skills at 1. No deeding costs - deed fees enabled. 40k mobs - 50+% aggressive. Farm tick 23hrs, Mining minimum hits 51. No shortcuts, no amenities - do you have what it takes to survive?

  6. If you take the time to visit the forest of Brocéliande, you will find not one but two maps! You will enter the Forest of Brocéliande in the Mol Rehan Kingdom and will have to make a choice: settle on the main map ''Dessertion'': The Kingdom of Mol Rehan, which will provide you a X10 action/skill gain, 60,000 creatures and 60% hostiles on 4096X4096 map made with not too steep mountains, rivers and lakes. You will find the security to start in Avalon where you will find all you need to start increase your skills without starve and will be protected by a spirit Templar! You will find from here a system of teleporters to make your journey faster across the large map. All the teleporters having been decorated with care to make travel more interesting. Some of the scenery includes: the small merchant harbor, the fishing port, the rice fields, the swimming pool, the hut of the witch and many others. You will also find all aover the map differents useful areas like the north and south islands with free grapes to be harvested. Your second choice will be to settle on the second map ''Affliction'': map of the horde of the summoned, in other words: the kingdom of the horror, where you will have to work hard for to stay alive, with a X1 action/skill gain, 20,000 creatures, 90% hostiles on a 1024X1024 map, no starter town, and no one to help you! (or yes maybe if you accept to play with other players), where the bravest of our players will certainly try to find the valrei and rift creatures that spawn only on this map. The maps are linked, allowing players to come and go, and thereby creating scenarios: would you want to start a war, all is possible! The Mol Rehan players could try go kill the Valrei and Rift Creatures, but enemy on this kingdom they could be just killed by the Hots players. But, on both maps, to make your life easier, we use many mods all created/re-created and maintained by Goibniu when the game is updated. We also try and check regularly any new mod which seems to be interesting. In game, Angie and Goibniu are always ready to help, by answering any questions about server or game play. GM Amanda, takes care of the website and donation site and GM Angie welcomes new players a ton of gifts and she is always ready to come and help you if needed! Note: GM Angie is willing to speak in French in private message if anyone needs it. For everyone and especially for those who cannot play to often: you will be able to find your deed without worrying about your crops that will never rot. Payment of the upkeep has been reduced to the minimum (5 irons per tile, 50 copper per guard). So money will never be a problem! We also schedule events to make your game even more diverse.     Hey my Ebonaura brothers and sisters and fellow Wurmians. I created a dedicated server for Wurm unlimited and I would love to have you guys play in it and shape the land.     Hello all! Inglenook is a new (started 28th Dec 2018) server begun by a small group of friends who have all played together, or individually, on a range of different servers. We have a solid core of 5-8 players currently and a strong EU contingent. The server is located in London, UK. We started Inglenook because we couldn't find what we were looking for elsewhere, and want to share this beautiful (mostly) untouched land with others. We are very light on mods to ensure long-term stability and to enjoy the game mostly as it is intended. About Inglenook 1x PvE New: - Standard Ocrea map - 1x actions, 1x skillgain - all vanilla here - PvE, but with modding to allow Libila following - Starter gear adjusted to be slightly more challenging (10QL armour/shield and 20QL weapon) and encourage player crafting/trading - 25,000 creatures, 25% aggressive - Starting body control 21.00 - horses! - Loading body strength requirement removed - 10 hour crop tick - Deed costs unchanged (4s21c for founding smallest size), upkeep enabled - Bounty mod for killing animals (money to bank account) - examples 1c for cow, 1.5c for horse, 3c for wolf, 5c for spider) - Burn bounties of 1c and 50 karma on burning a corpse (activate steel+flint in inventory, right click > burn corpse) - Announce mod for notifying on players logging in/out - Priest restrictions (imping, digging, etc) removed, normal requirements otherwise - Starter town built by players - nothing here is GM-created or accelerated in any way - Merchant in starter town who will buy things from you; prices may vary - Able to check bank account from character sheet by right clicking body - Auto backups and restarts happen every 5 days (120 hours) to consider crop ticks We have a server live map here: - the starter town is Inglenook. Hello fellow Wurmians, I was a long time player of Wurm Online and absolutely loved the difficulty, then Freedom came, and to be honest, the game went carebear mode and I lost interest in a few months. Now with Wurm Unlimited I have the opportunity to start from a decent difficulty level, and as a seasoned programmer, build mods to make this server a lot harder than Wurm Online ever was. Characteristics start at 19.5, and all skills start at 1. The skill gain rate is 1, and action speed multiplier is 1.5 55% Aggressive Creatures, I kept it low because this is meant to be the newbie map. Silver will be next to impossible to get on this map, at least from traders, and Settlement upkeep and deeding costs ARE enabled. I didn't want to just make everything unreasonable so Breeding time is 2x, field growth 12.8 hours, with the tree spread set to 25% Below is the first of 3 maps 4096x4096, the others will be rolled out after the server has been further developed, the first of which is called Morbus. (Yes, I DO like latin) This server is heavily modded, the current list is: I haven't exactly figured out what the max players are going to be, currently it is set to 60. Max Creatures are set to 30,000 at least for now. As for client mods I am using Sortmod, Skilltrack, Thirdperson and Livemap so make of that what you will. I will add to this post as there are new things added to the server, but for now if you are looking for some level of difficulty, this might be what you are looking for. Until then, back to the grind.

Stone Peaks Wilderness Opened November 1st - -PVE 1x1x -4K Map,000 creatures-90% aggressive-Skills start at 25-Characteristics start at 23 -Bonus skill increases for first character. -Alts are allowed, but only one character may be played at the same time. Also only one character per person may get the bonus skill increases.(bonus skill increases are: 3 skills to 33 and 2 skills to 40) -Bounty mod on aggressive creatures . -Base player combat rating is 1 (default is 3) -Mini dungeons/encampments with loot. -Traveling merchant which will buy certain items. (items bought will change on a weekly or monthly schedule) -Bulk goods Merchant at start city -Custom achievements/titles with rewards(Fantastic quality rewards for epic achievements) -Leaderboard mod that you can opt in or out of -No priest restrictions, but there is a 40 prayer skill requirement for becoming a priest. -Dirt goes directly to a pile on the ground when digging. -Burn Corpses for Karma. -Custom ways to make money including selling unique coins and artifacts ,that are found in treasure chests, to travelling merchants. -Default deed costs- 4.21s for smallest deed with no guard (11x11). Guards cost 2s to hire and 1s monthly upkeep. -Some Client mods are banned from use on the server. They are listed on discord under rules. -Discord - In the year 970 King Graiden of Brithanza, who is in allegiance with the Freedom Isles, sent out expeditions in search of new lands. After about 10 years ,one of the expeditions led by Captain Maddox Brock, discovered a new land. The King was very excited about the discovery and decided to come see the new land for himself. The King ended up spending over two weeks sailing around the new land and even wanted to go inland but his officers insisted it was far to dangerous for the King because the large amount of hostile creatures roaming about. It was at this time when King Graiden decided to name the new land. After seeing the enormous amount of rock cliffs and mountain peaks and seeing how rugged and hostile most of the land was, He named it Stone Peaks Wilderness.The King then commissioned a small settlement to be built , which became known as Stone Peaks Foothold. The King guaranteed free transport to the new land for all adventurers, pioneers, hunters, and gold seekers that proved that they had enough skills to stay alive and banned all novices from traveling there. He also made deals with traveling merchants to regularly trade with the new land to help it grow and prosper. The rest of the story begins now.

    Our hardy carpenter disembarks his trusty rare Lindenwood cart and begins to dig around for his favorite worn hatchet, iron. "What a beautiful day to be alive.", he thought out loud to himself. As he made his way up the slope toward the forest, he had barely noticed the aged Brown bear that scurried off in to the distance. He had also barelierly even noticed the adolescent Bull run for his life in quite another direction when he stretched his hatchet out to fell the mighty overaged Walnut. It was at this moment he recalled his previous mistake with the cart, and stretched his hatchet instead to a nearby mature Cedarwood tree. Whack! A peculiar thing happened to our hardy carpenter; He had a thought! "Why are there no bird sounds?", he thoughtfully muttered, "An update perhaps?" But, alas, he would not let this immersion breaking question interfere! "No matter..." Whack! He suddenly found himself surrounded by thick fog. He was no longer sure which direction rested his rare Lindenwood cart. His vision was quickly obscured. No more horizon, no more blue sky. The darkness had found him. He heard a whisper. "Who is there?" He cried out to the dark. Another whisper came from behind him, "Come out!", he exclaimed while swinging his hatchet wildly. Now the whispers were all around him, torturing him. More and more the whispers grew louder until they turned to screams, raking his mind of its sanity! From out of the darkness, a wraith set upon him with her ghostly sword, and the carpenter's soul began to burn from within. He began to peel off the leather armor that once protected him from the wild's beasts, as he did not know what else to do. His skin felt as if it was melting away just as his soul was ablaze with the fire of Sol. The cocophony of screams pushed his mind to the very brink of reality. In the dark madness of pain and torment his fingers found his hatchet... he swung... he did not know what else to do. (end cheesy introduction) Since I comment on others S&Is, I figure I should pony up something. So enter... The Myrkur, or The Darkness (Libila's arrival has emboldened the restless ones...) This is an event similar in basic principle as a Rift, and containing some basic ideas from medieval folklore. Old, creepy, and eventually deadly. A Myrk appears when certain criteria is met: Once per wurm year, a location with x number of trees growing within y tiles of one another (with a set % requiring to be of age "shriveled"), AND/OR an x number of off deed building walls that reach a set % of decay, could generate a Myrk. The former would be less likely to be "crafted" intentionally by players than the latter, but really this would come down to 2 things: Does current coding allow polling of locations like this, and if so, how many would exist on any given server? This idea originated form the meditation paths requiring "criteria" to be activated. - A Myrk forms over several days, beginning with the server wide announcement: You hear rumors of a tainted forest near Greymead. Over the next 24-48 hours it would generate fog and periodic shrieking at its location. If localized weather is not attainable at this time, the whole server could be engulfed in Fog. This would create: confusion, a desire to end it, and unending complaints in the forums followed by promised ragequits. If a traveller enters the area prior to maturation, they get a "Creeped out" debuff, and begin hearing whispers, or seeing things that aren't there. Within last 18 hours prior to maturation, small specter critters begin harassing our campers, complete with maniacal laughter. At full on poltergeist, you don't want to be there alone. Graphical effects that could afflict players on the client side are unknown to me, but lots of ideas spring to mind (indistinguishable voices, screams, hallucinations, nighttime effect while in zone, etc). -Enemies to be faced would be many we have seen before, but with a the spiffy spirit templar skin. Tower guards, trolls, goblins, bears, the deadly pheasant wraith! I have no doubt GMs and DEVs can find a multitude of things once living that would suffice. Bonus points for dying the glowy skin dark. Now here is the part where I truly reach into my deep pocket of "I don't know what the hell I'm talking about": Combat: Like our hardy carpenter, charging in with the full plate of metal and a 2 handed sword of spite, will not improve your battle prowess much. - Sorcery fairs very well against specters. Priest Spells do very well against specters. As these restless spirits cause internal damage and ignore armor, speed is your defense in avoiding the ghastly blows from ghosts. But speed is also your offense. What are you best at? Shovel? Hatchet? Mallet? Sword? Once a tool or weapon has been BLESSED, it does consistent damage, only modified by how quickly you can swing it. This is where those more knowledgable than me will point out... this tool/weapon/branch has a base speed of x, with woa would do y damage, divided by zero ... etc... etc... (but that is what needs to be discussed if this idea has any merit). Another interesting thing about specters, is they want to devour favor. They want the favor of the gods to move on from this plane. But favor has just whet the appetite of these otherworldly haunts... once that has been drained, your life force will have to suffice to satiate them. Followers might do well to lead the vanguard while favor heavy priests are seducing these ghostly beings with their favor fused smite. But what shall we do while our priests quickly run out of favor?... is what you might be asking yourself right now. Each specter's death spills the favor/karma they devoured. You must finish them off to continue finishing them off (this, too, would require more fleshing out to ensure a balanced challenge... even.. dare I say... defeat!) Another element of defense... The Ward. Wards are created by PoL Enchant. The drawback: nothing goes in... nothing goes out. My concern is an abuse of this, particularly prepping prior to battle. But... instead of ramparts... a row of enchanted grass... maybe not too bad. PoI get in on it too... they don't see hallucinations! Ending the Myrk would require casting blessed/dispel/some other neat interesting logical spell on a corrupted altar that appears after several waves have been vanquished. Sure, you could sit and milk it... but more wraiths will pour out... much stronger than before... you will eventually all die. Mwauhahahah. No loot for youuuu! And all those who participated would have this nasty head wound that would last for some time. Eventually, the Myrk would collapse under the weight of all of its evil doing. Better luck next year. Loot... loot... loot... what is there to gain from this, beyond removing what is undoubtedly not going to be accepted: Fog. Rift loot would be redundant, and well, not make sense. No bloody tomes! ok... what about Source Shards! I wonder what would happen if you dropped some in a forge, or used a chisel on it... or put it in a sandwich...

Scheduled PvP at deeds. Red(255, 0, 0) Always PvP Map format The map must be 24-bit BMP image named "map.bmp" and located in "%SERVER_FOLDER%/mods/ZonedPVE" directory. The image size must be equal to server map size. Top left corner of the image corresponds to the north-west corner of the server. Example image: This map is created for a very small (512x512) server. There are peaceful north and south with little PVP at the center. The yellow zone will have PvP only at certain times. The pink zone has PvP outside of any deeds. Orange zone is the most complicated - PvE on deeds with scheduled PvP (and constant PvP outside of any deeds). The red zone has always enabled PvP.     I propose a new mob type that uses ranged attack. Currently every pve mob is CQC melee-type. It would add a new level of excitement to be ambushed and attacked from a distance while wandering aboot in the peaceful lands of Freedoom. To minimise asset creation work, use the existing goblin. Goblin Archer: Mob asset: Goblin Behaviour: Goblin Attack type: Ranged, melee Equipment: Bow, arrows, short sword Loot: as above - bow, arrows, short sword, low ql and non-impable.
  20. VOLANTIS v2 I've had some great feedback over the last 2 years and implemented a number of server changes which sadly resulted in a reset of the map for the first time in August 2018. Dragonsgate was founded in April 2018 (Map reestablished in September 2018) and is a fully dedicated 24/7 server! Features A fully custom 4k map, designed and painted by one of our own players! Portals - 4 main Portals leading to the 4 cardinal directions on the map for quick travel to different areas. Highway portals - Optional craftable portals connecting player owned deeds through official Highways to the Cardinal portals. Full PVE map with pvp arenas Custom built pvp arenas for those who love pvp.
