  1. Adds containers for fuel as an addon to your forges/kilns/ovens etc. Refills the heater when the fire is about to go out fuel Storage. Does NOT take logs but anything else that can burn. NEEDS to be put on the same tile of the heater item. After setting it up you need to open the feeder once to add it to the database.   4. Hello all, Wife's server is now Public. We host it at home on dedicated server box. Highly modded and med speed for minimum grind and lots of fun. Custom Map Online map @ Bounty on kill and burn of corpes so money is everywhere, 25k mobs 60% Aggressive. See ya on there, Kilem.
  5. Hello, Recently I've started a new deed deep in a pine forest. I have some lamps and they are great for adding ambience to the deed at night. However, once they turn off for the day/night cycle, its still very dark in the deed/buildings because of shadows from the trees. Eventually the sun comes up higher and lights the deed nicely, but in the morning or evening when there's lots of shadows from trees, its very dark, and the lamps don't turn on. (Right now I'll have to turn the ones on manually that I want.) I'd like to be able to keep lamps/torches on all the time or even better have more control of the cycle that they follow for turning on and off. Its my understanding that a GM can change a lamp to "Always Lit" and would love to have this option as a player. I'm not looking for no fuel required, I'm happy for it to burn fuel. Just more control so I'm not in the dark during the day. If something like this exists, I'd love to be directed towards it. It sounds like it may have to be server-side rather than client side. Also I'd like to hear what other players do to combat being in the dark, on deed, outside of lantern on/off cycle. Thanks for reading.
  6. I may be well on the way to becoming the board's dunce here. Got another question, or series thereof. (Cross-posted to So I've got a couple of mods on my server, and have tried to install the necessary files on the client side. The mods are Bdew's Halloween, and the hitching post (not sure if it's his). They work fine on the server side, but I see only default graphics on the client. So I made sure to update the serverpacks and ago's modlauncher files from github. Then I ran patcher.bat. Yet I still see only the default graphics. After a post by someone helpful, I tried adding the relevant files to my \mods folder, but.... no luck. Things I tried: Adding, \halloween and \bdew_sever_mod_tools to the \mod directory, with in the \halloween directory. Patched, but game would not run. I have a peculiar twist of mind that makes me ideal for writing precise instructions (I do it for a living), but following anyone else's less rigorous explanations leaves me floundering in a mess of "did they mean this or that?" or overlooking an assumed but unstated instruction.   7. Please bear with me. I'm clueless with this stuff and have only got this far with tutorials. I've been wanting to play singleplayer but with client mods. so I downloaded and installed the server mod loader for a dedicated server. It started fine, so I installed quite a few mods with it, and tried starting using "start offline server". I tried sifting through the mods but I'm just too stupid to figure out whats going on. I am running a hosted server with several mods including better digging, one tile mining, and wyvern mods. i am having weird results while surface mining where rock shards drop that are not able to be picked up or destroyed by a GM. It also leaves rock shards in a long string instead of a pile. There is an error that they dont exist. Could this be a clash between mods? Please let me know if anyone has had this issue and how to fix it.

I am not good doing the mod install thing. for over 2 year i have tried at various times and now i went and killed wurm I tried to install a 'serverpacks' and for some reason now Wurm will not start. I obviously did something wrong and am so scared I will loose all my "Ottawajohn" character/stats account etc? on WU Calysto and other servers? Is there anyone who can help me if i share my screen with you and you can see what i did wrong? I cannot log into Wurm anymore.. it starts, the window opens.. says loading graphics/world etc.. then just freezes before showing the game and 'not responding" I can be reached by email at please if anyone can help I appreciate it.

Full quiver of 80-100ql maple arrows with 80-100 fb random tome with 1 charge. 10 random fully vesselled gems 80-100ql. HoTA is every 3 hours. Stats are capped at 50. There are no champion players. There are no meditation perks (-enchant grass which all med paths get at level 1). All karma ability's are disabled (Town Portal and such). Money is made from hunting and lots of game-changing items like drake / scale / and other items can be purchased by right clicking coins which can be withdrawn directly by right clicking your body. Hell Horses spawn throughout the map with 5 speeds, these have special names based off the Greek alphabet to distinguish then from there normal counterparts. Locate soul has been removed. Libila is deity.warrior = true; deity.deathProtector = true; deity.itemProtector = true; deity.befriendCreature = true; Fo is deity.warrior = true; deity.deathProtector = true; deity.itemProtector = true; Basically the only difference between these 2 gods is there name.   18. I've just recently started playing WU and there are some things I'd like changed that don't have any existing mods that I can find. I can't code at all, but I got a developer friend over to help me. She's never played Wurm or written a Wurm mod before, and she said if she'd going to be able to help me, I need to get the answers to some questions for her. I've got below a list of the things I want changed. Does anyone know of mods that do similar things to these for which I could get the source code for my friend so that she could use that as a guide? Or even just some general advice on how to do the things I want, a point in the right direction. We're also confused as to how to access the WU source code. We've only been able to find the compiled code on my computer, but my friend says she needs the source code, and that she's hesitant to use an in-compiling programme as those often make mistakes and mess things up. I've looked all through the mods forum, but if I've missed something and anyone knows of mods that do what I want, please let me know! Alternatively, I'm willing to pay someone to write these mods if anyone is interested Here's the list of mods I need: 1. All animals can be spawned by an arch GM with conditions such as champion. This includes everything on the GM summon list, such as rift creatures, avatars of gods, drake spirits, etc. Currently, they all have the options to spawn with conditions, but the ones that don't spawn from lairs in WO just spawn as standard animals, no matter which condition I've clicked. 2. Change the lava texture back to the old one, the one in the current picture on the wiki. Also make it so that lava doesn't automatically spread to other tiles. 3. Remove all limits to house size, both area and height. 4. Make marble slab floors dyeable with GM edit data. Currently, you can edit the RGB values to whatever you want, but the colour doesn't show up at all. 5. Make floors, walls, fences and stairs able to be made rare, supreme or fantastic through GM edit data. 6. No animals bash fences. This includes everything on the GM spawn list that bashes: trolls, lava fiends, dragons, god avatars, rift creatures (not sure if those bash or not?), etc. 7. Drake and eagle spirits don't fly through or over fences; don't fly through house walls, doors, windows or roofs. 8. All champions and other conditions, including rideable ones and the ones added by the creatures mod, are the appropriate size for that condition. If it'll be too difficult to adjust the riding perspective, I'd be happy for them to be the right size when in pens and revert to normal sized when hitched or being ridden. 9. Scale up nymph, horse and lady of the lake statues to be colossi. This includes having them on the GM create list for instant creation, rarity and colour setting. 10. Reveal creatures has a range of the entire server. 11. All animals are spawned/created fat and automatically stay fat without any food. 12. GMs have an option to edit date of animals to make them rare, supreme or fantastic (with appropriate shininess). 13. Remove all limits on the numbers of animals a player can care for. 14. Stop maple hedges from growing above the second growth stage, so that they block movement but are still short and easy to see over. I'd appreciate any help or advice! I'm really stumbling around in the dark here...

A different flavor of wurm. did you ever wish you could perform actions as fast as a shaolin monk? or ride a scorpion up a 160 slope? well this is like a dream of that stuffed inside a circus attached to some lollerskates and thrown down a 300 slope into a pit of greenish nogumps! -!Caution if you like the slow grind this server may not be for you. one can explore most everything in wurm relatively quickly as most things happen near instantly!- you are given a nice combat advantage and in some cases you can solo a dragon, and even dominating them is much easier and possible!     If possible (in-keeping with the medieval theme) to add some extra features to the game; Wind Mills could be used to grind wheat to flour faster, or grind down salt into 'fine salt' portions ( 1 salt in > 2 fine salt out type thing) to add seasoning (+difficulty) to meals), or just aesthetics (blade speed determined by wind), because Windmills, yes? Barn doors/walls would make a lovely addition to wurm. 2x1 animal fence-pen spam is hard on the eyes and I hate using it.

  23. Evening Just a reminder to anyone (but especially to our south african friends) that Espresso Isles server is still up and looking for folks to settle and help kindle an economy. It's the result of a lot of personal investment in time and finances, so the server is here to stay. We have had almost no downtime (reboots) in the 8 months we have been around, and take backups and maintenance seriously. However, not going to sell it like it's a profitable product, we would just like to gain a few players that enjoy the peace and quiet of civilising a new world. Vote for us at: : Trade Packs: (Archeage Style) A simple explanation of the trade system breaks it down into three steps. A player first crafts a trade pack using raw materials or goods harvested from the game world, then carries that pack across the game world before depositing it for a profit at a target destination. The transportation process is not without its dangers, however, as trade packs reduce a player's movement speed and make him vulnerable to other players who may steal his goods. If a player is killed by a bandit or pirate, the trade pack is dropped and may be captured by the criminal, who may then deposit it themselves and usurp the profits. These would be interactive boards (much like the village recruitment boards) where players can choose the pact runs they wish to carry out. AI Pirate Ships: I have sloop models completed but need the AI behind it. The goal of the encounters is to create more of a PVE and PVP fear at sea. Pirates would also tap into the routes frequently used by Trade Pacts. Named captains. Bounties (see below) Bounties: ADDED As pirates sink player ships the fleets of the Captain grow. Bounty boards would also be created much like the village recruitment boards and the reward would be based on the strength of the fleet as it grows. Mount Ticketing system: ADDED Player made Harbormasters that can exchange a mount for a ticket which can be loaded into a cargo hold of a ship. The weight of the ticket would reflect the weight of the animal. Tickets can then be unloaded and activated to spawn the original animal without the use of the harbormaster. Ago Server Modlauncher v.20 This allows the mods to work and communicate with each other. Bulk Items Separated MOD Mod that allows you to use one BSB for any quality material. It separates items stored based on items QL, so you would have e.g. 10 stacks of iron lumps in ranges 0-10, 10-20, 20-30, etc up to 90QL. After 90QL each QL unit gets its own stack. There is an option to revert the mod functionality, by simply blessing BSB. Don't forget to rename your blessed BSB, however, since blessing is not visible on "Examine"! Bounty MOD You recieve bounties for killed creatures, when you bury them. Harder the creature, better the bounty! Decay tick MOD This is one of several bandaids mods that we run. Wood scraps, rock shards, dirts and logs left on ground off-deed would be rmoved on first damage increase. Tweaks MOD Sets number of sleeping powders on every trader to 9. Domestics replacement MOD This is one of several bandaids mods that we run. Most of domestic spawns are replaced by hostile creatures, so it is harder to find a horse or a ram, but easier to find an adventure. Kingdom stuff MOD Mod that adds every single kingdom item available to list of craftable items. Tabards and towers are not craftable yet! Event & Loot MOD Adds various non-craftable loot items to creatures killed. During events,adds higher chance of dropping specific items from specific kills. Nofogspiders MOD This is one of several bandaids mods that we run. Removes fog spider event from game, because said event drastically affects server performance. Dead Shoulders MOD Adds rift shoulderpads to riftcreatures loot table. You can even get rare,supreme or fantastic shoulderpad if you're lucky! Dead critters MOD Adds progressively increasing chance for every creature to die, starting from "Old" age. Cared, bred, unique and champion creatures are not affected.
