  1. I think it would be neat if the hallucinations from the path of insanity would follow you around till you logged out, even through locked doors/gates ( like those creepy tower guards and spirit templars that roam your deed's, templars even walk through walls { if a hallucination did that }) and across water. It would add more to the immersion of the path. Plus it would just be a cool wow factor to add in.
  2. Is it possible? If speed differential exists, maybe those that automatically follow could simply follow at the same rate, or have the leader be restricted by the slowest horse / weakest link.
  3. I know there are heaps of threads about this already but would like to bring it to dev attention again: 1. Please fix the glow on rare and supreme carts. They glow when you are heaps of tiles away yet when you get close the glow disappear. Is this just a matter of fixing how far away glow is visible? The glow disappeared some time this year, so it was in the coding then got changed somehow. 2. The most annoying bug in Wurm now is that carts and wagons don't follow terrain any more. This came into game when sitting was introduced. Seriously, I would prefer to stand and still see behind me when I go up a slope, or be able to use my wagon properly when digging on slopes. Sitting is purely cosmetic, it serves no purpose other than making the game look more realistic. However, not being able to see behind your cart when you go up mountains, or using a wagon on slopes, is very irritating. 3. The camera freeze bug when embarking carts are back, it happens randomly and you have to relog to change the frozen screen (yet you can still chat and get events). Please fix these bugs. Thanks.
  4. With the ability to tame and dominate a wide variety of beasts ingame and the ability to lead them into battle with you it opens a lot of windows for those of us who crave the animal companionship. However, being required to lead the tamed animals or dominated beasts by lead, otherwise commanded on tile clicks can be quite troublesome. I have noticed that even by leading these 'pets' into combat they cannot or will not attack your target if you are attacked and they are not close enough. (I may be wrong here, but this is what I have seen.) I feel that the whole domination or pet idea could be expanded on to be made better to allow our pets or dominated beasts follow us automatically and move into attack position when we are attacked by a wild beast. Of course some people might argue, "I don't want my horse to follow me around after I've tamed it to put on horse-shoes!" and I agree with this 100%. Currently we are given the option to set our pets to either logoff when we do or stay online, and by default they are set to logoff. I believe the reason for that is to avoid any accidental killing of our pets while we are not online for not knowing.. The follow would work the same way. Players would be able to click on their pet and select whether they want the pet to "follow" or "stay" with the default being "stay". With a pet set to follow this could allow the pet to move into position when entering combat with the player, no more trying to potision the pet to be able to attack the enemy.
  5. My dog faithfully follows me in real life without dragging it around with a rope or lead. I want the same in WURM. He's a dog. He's a pet. He's a friend. He would die protecting me. Without a rope. Why should WURM be any different? Please, no lame excuses about wandering off or rabbits. I've already seen them. They don't work.
