This deed is a 22x22 so makes it a 1s upkeep deed and it has a complete castle built on it with a breeding section in the castle walls. It has clay just off deed protected by the perimeter, 18 tiles of the breeding section are enchanted grass and it is a waterfront deed. It also has an exposed rock tile ready to open a mine but i just never got around to opening it up. I have found a new spot on the top of the mountain island in the SW and am thinking on selling Timberwood. Timberwood is a large private island in the SW region of Xanadu at T10. It has clay, 90+ courier mail, iron, cattle,chickens and a finished castle but you just have to go look. It can depending on if and when traders are allowed support two and the buildings for them are set. Anyway if you want to go have a look and pm me if you are interested. Hello, I want to price check these rare items: [19:24:53] A round metal plate with a shaft. This is a very rare and interesting version of the item. It could be improved with a lump. The frying pan is empty and [19:25:24] You see a floor loom under construction. Ql: 4.1164055, Dam: 0.0. The floor loom needs 6 string of cloth to be finished. The frying pan is 2,34 Ql. The floor loom is made out of chestnut and has an Ql of 4,12 I also would consider selling them.
