  1. OK I just inherited a dead trader, it was already existing, so the ratio currently is 0.0, and it has no money on it. I know I need to get some silver on it and then drain it to reset the ratio. Whats the best "thing" to buy to get cash on there so I can then drain it and easily reset the ratio. Id like to spend as little as possible getting it reset once again. Thanks
  2. I bought this deed in a package deal and have taken what i wanted so i am now going to auction off the deed. Note: For those of you that have been following along the trader issue has been fixed the owner of the other deed kicked it out of their deed for me so it is all ready to go. Moonshadow located at 18x 4y Pristine Starting Bid: 40s (I do accept euro at a 1-1 ratio) Increments: 5s Buyout: 60s No Reserve 1h sniper protection
  3. When you buy a trader deed and the trader ends up belonging to another deed there is no way for the mayor to take control of that trader. If they have a high tax rate the deed that they belong to will end up getting 40% to their upkeep even though it is on your deed. If a player wanted to they could set up a bunch of them with max tax and sell the deeds off after they have got their money back and rake in the upkeep for a long time. What i am suggesting is allowing the mayor of the deed the trader is on to take control of the trader with a right click option or deed setting.
  4. 3 Deeds (incl. 1 trader) only 5-10 min from Freedom Market YOU are looking to settle near the center of the biggest Freedom server Independance? YOU are looking for deeds to serve your versatile needs? YOU want to grow a large herd? YOU want a place to build your ships? YOU want to farm veggies and also reed? YOU need wood for your ships and tools? YOU want to have a source of income to pay for those deeds? YOU want a safe working space? Then I have what you need: Hillside Refuge, Greenborough and Seeview Harbour - all close by close only few riding minutes from Freedom Market right next to Festival Cove. On map: Hillside Refuge: Hillside Refuge has: - a well-treated trader, - a spirit templar, - a mine with different QL iron veins + lead (for mooring anchors) + marble, - lots of fruit and lumber trees, - a manor with forges and oven and beds, lots of space for storage and loom - pens and farm areas (only partly offdeed in legal enclosure connected to deed and so far under Magranon influence for repairs) - an almost finished small stronghold (incl. practice dolls and archery target) - 2 wells (+1 in mine) for your water-supply. - and a Guard Tower close to west border (covering highway). - [edit] silver/gold altars of all 3 Freedom gods Here some pictures of Hillside Refuge: Greenborough: Greenborough has: - more farming/breeding space - House with forge, bed, oven, storage, loom and sightseeing tower - Guard Tower in perimeter covering most of the deed - additional legal enclosure for farming (Mag influence) - oaks and willows Picture: Seaview Harbour Seaview Harbour has: - not much to be honest - some ground raised from the sea - offdeed legal enclosures for reed and ships up to knarr-size - ondeed clay Pictures: The deal would of course include all house-writs and gate-keys, the deeds, several BSBs and FSBs (few things still in there) and a breeding pair of 5-speed horses (if wanted and delivered for free when deal is complete, colour as you like). Starting bid: 60s No reserve No buyout No snipe protection Minimum increments: 1s
  5. When you are using the traders trade window you can not remove items from the traders side and place them back in his inventory by clicking and dragging them back up. Now the funny thing is it does work when you drop the item on either of the chests but anywhere else or on anything else it does not allow it to be dropped back into his inventory forcing you to close the window and start over.
  6. Hello Pristine, I am just starting up and trying to raise some silver for a deed, Are there any Traders that have like 10 s on them? I am in the region SW of Blossom; oak heart, kingsford, Garden of Shadows area. Thanks! JayneSparhawk
  7. I am selling Union Island on Celebration. Union Island is located in the Southeast corner of Celebration. The Island consists of 3 deeds: Union Island (81 x 61 with 5 perimiter), East Union Island (11 x 11 with 5 perimiter), and Cake (45 x 27 with 5 perimiter). There are a total of 4 private traders on the Island: 2 on Union Island deed, 1 on East Union Island deed, and 1 on Cake deed. Cake and East Union Island are mostly trader deeds at this point and are not very developed other than a building for the trader. Union Island is the main deed and has several buildings and useful features. Union Island has a mine that contains Iron, gold, tin, zinc, and copper. The entrance to this mine is on deed. However, only the iron is on deed. The rest of the metals are offdeed, but in the same mine. The copper, zinc, and tin are all next to each other, so its a great set up for those who like to smelt brass and bronze. There are also several lead veins on the island, although only one has been exposed at this time. The entrance is currently caved in, but I may try to get over there and open it back up soon. Other resources on the island: are clay, tar, and a decent amount of almost every type of tree/bush. Only exception to this are the newer types. Union Island deed has a generous supply of oaks. The Union Island deed also has several usefull buildings including a warehouse stocked with BSB's and a couple of spacious houses with nice workshops. There are also several fenced areas for those who like to farm and raise animals. There are also several cattle and horses on deed, however, I can't vouch for traits because my husbandry skill is quite low. There are also 2 guard towers on the Union Island deed. Cake and East Union Island come with a newbie toon to hold the deed. A toon will need to be supplied by the buyer for the Union Island deed. I am asking 2.5 gold for all 3 deeds. Would prefer to sell the whole island to somebody who can use it and take care of it, if there are no buyers, I might be willing to split it up later. If you are interested, please PM me (Uian) in game or on forums. Here are some pictures of the Union Island deed: House with attached workshop This workshop is set up well for bulk item producers. [ [ [ [ Nice Yard. [ [ [ [ [ [ Spirit Cottage with 90 courier cast. [ View of docks from Union Island Token. [ Forest Plaza. [ Another House [ [ Warehouse [ Sand pit complete with BSB's with clay and dirt for easy mortar making. [ [ Oaks, Oaks, and more oaks!! [ [ [ A catapult [ Horse Pens and Stables

  16. Problem #1 (NPC traders): Publicly accessible traders are difficult to find any more. When you do find one, it has no money and requires exact change to trade. Traders in this state won't allow a trade unless change is exact. Solution: Add a "keep the change" checkbox to the trading dialog. If I want to trade 11 iron worth of cotton for a 10 iron spindle that the trader has, I should be allowed to. Problem #2 (NPC merchants): Although their new models are great, merchants largely all look the same and it's miserable trying to find one that's well stocked, never knowing which have been abandoned. Solution: The merchant should vanish or somehow visually "close shop" when they are empty/abandoned/poorly updated/poorly stocked. Problem #3 (NPC merchants): Areas with many merchants (freedom market, etc.) or poorly located merchants waste a lot of players' time to locate what they are looking to buy. Solution: Merchants could be linked within a 20 tile radius so in places where there are dozens of them the player doesn't have spend all day locating them all and going back and forth trying to compare prices. A column could be shown in the merchant's interface identifying the name of the merchant the particular goods are on (so the seller still gets represented to the buyer). Solution2: A different spin on this is that the merchant interface becomes available to players within a certain distance of a merchant. Essentially you could ride into the center of town and launch the interface via a button on your screen, it would let you cycle through the wares of nearby merchants, buy what you want, and ride off into the sunset. Problem #4 (NPC traders): All traders in my area are inaccessible to the public. Solution: Traders should be publicly accessible. See Problem #3 Solution#2 - allow a GUI-accessible interface to become available whenever the player is within a certain distance of a trader.
  17. I've got a stack of 40-50ql mallets I've made about a year ago to level my capentry. They're not needed and are just taking up space. I decide to sell them for a few irons at my deed's token. I walk up to it, activate one of the mallets, right click the token. To my suprise, the 'Sell' option doesn't appear. I try another mallet, thinking maybe this one is bugged - also nothing. I try a bunch of items at random from my inventory - still no option. I attempt the same at a nearby Trader, same problem. Someone in Help suggests I forage/botanize something, then try selling. That actually does work, and i'm able to sell the woad I botanized. I then go around the deed and pick up a few useless items and repeat the process: 17ql spatula - works. 36ql cloth glove - doesn't work. 27ql bull's eye - works. 46ql spindle - no go. 40ql rope tool - nope. Am i missing something? Does it purposefully ignore random items? Or is this a known bug?
  18. Hi, I'm looking to buy a trader/deed account Please PM me with price and info. Thanks
  19. Token selling is a fine feature, I'm a fan of the concept, but I personally refuse to use it (anymore). I accidentally sold my 80ql butchering knife to a token and refused to use the feature since. I just talked with somebody who did the same thing, selling his rare butchering knife because he miss clicked sell as opposed to trade. A simple option in the game settings to remove the menu option would be a great thing to have to prevent things like this from happening. My apologies if this has already been suggested.
  20. Want to sell unused trader form on Indy. PM me on indy or on forum if you like to buy. I am selling it for 40 silver.

  22. Deed Sold

Basic information. The deed is located at 36y 15x, or Silverton on the map. The deed is called Smokey hollow and the upkeep will last for another 43 days from 8/20/13. (The settlement has 3 silver, 35 copper and 12 iron in its coffers.) (The monthly cost is 2 silver, 17 copper and 80 iron.) This is located on the Deliverance server The deed comes with a trader placed inside of the keep building. The location of this deed is good, it is in a central area of Deliverance with nice social neighbors and has a highway running through it (can't KOS people in this deed.) There are a couple of very strong, social, and pleasant alliances in the area, with three very very gorgeous deeds just south along the highway. This deed is relatively close to Puzzle Plaza market and Greendog and has a good range of quick access to central Deliverance. Some functionality of the deed includes lots of Lavender plants for harvesting and is completely flat, farm ready, or anything else you would like to build here. Mailbox: [12:38:34] Courier has been cast on it, so it seems to be possessed by something. [71] - Also has a 50ql Gaurd tower on deed - Has a VERY large mine with lots of iron veins Daytime pictures: (Better than the album below) http://imgur.com/mlRdulx,IXUHTsU,TnJKgwK,GaFJCsv Pictures: (album - I apologize for not editing out my toolbar and such.) http://imgur.com/D5iPR3h,UAs4p7c,96G6l7a,BVnqGdY,a0O7mA8,XVlWlqG,q8ZNoYg,fB6zhLy,oBSJ5i6#0 Village info: http://imgur.com/mHkoQ3H Purchase: 60s // Cost of trader = 40s, Cost of planting deed = 23s,. This isn't including the functional 3s+ upkeep or the keep which took 2.8k Bricks/mortar. (and the other building, or the lavender plantations, etc. All the beautification materials/deed work) Deed is listed much lower than the effective work, placement and upkeep on the deed.

  24. I am returning to the game after a long hiatus, and am looking for a fresh start. To that end, I am selling my old place in the northwest corner of Celebration. It is a good mix of mountain and flat, forest and ocean. It has an awesome dock with a large warehouse, is two minutes from the exo border, and another two from there to chaos. Also has a mine with tons of ore (silver, gold, iron), though it has collapsed in a few places. Has several nice multi-story houses, and a few smaller buildings around. I had intended to just disband it, but realized I cant move the trader, so I will take any realistic offer. I also own a (un-deeded) tree farm nearby that I will turn over to whoever buys this. Deed Info: Size 59x27 Perimeter: 5 tiles Settlement has 1 silver, 63 copper and 63 iron in its coffers. The monthly cost is 4 silver, 18 copper, and 60 iron. Shoot me a PM if you want to know more, not putting a lot of effort into this post since I am not looking for much money for it.
  25. Up for sale is one of the oldest and possibly one of the largest deeds on Exodus, Cherrington. When we moved here right after the server opened, it was a little waterside cove backing up to the forest and covered in lava spiders. We've put a lot of work into it, and hope that it'll make a great home for another player (or players!) in the future. It's PERFECT for somebody who loves trees & the forest, or who likes a park-like atmosphere, or even role-play! Originally called Avonlea Bay, the body of water that it is sitting on was named after the deed. It's in a fairly quiet area and in an alliance with good, mature, easy-going players. To the west you have a mountain that is unlikely to be deeded as it's fairly steep. To the east there is a "managed forest" that is used for wood for carpentry. South, you have water and a short sail to the Ixtlan Canal for travel and Arcanum Market for merchants. North, you have the beautiful Golden Woods and a highway to Thornfield Lake. Deed Info: Deed Size in Tiles: 81 North-South, 41 East-West. 3321 Tiles total. Perimeter: 9 Upkeep per Month: 10 silver, 90 copper, 20 iron Upkeep Remaining: 15 silver and some change. Guards: 2 Sale Price: I'm flexible here: 75 silver OR 75 euros OR $100 USD - or best offer. SERIOUS OFFERS ONLY PLEASE. We would also consider a combination of cash and silver. Features: 1 Trader in a 3x7, 2-story Workshop Building. There are multiple BSBs all labeled with quality ranges so that you can store items by quality. 12 Stable Stalls with Enchanted Grass 1 10x11 pen with Enchanted Grass in a checkerboard pattern, 12 1x2 stalls, shaded under pine trees. 4 cows/bulls 5-speed horses (# to be determined, but you'll have plenty for breeding). 1 2x3 2-story Winery (we never actually made wine, but it's pretty) 2 3x5 pens/fields adjacent to the winery. 2 5x8 pens/fields across from the winery. 1 8x11 pen with enchanted grass, grape vines, and deer, including two champ deer. 2 5x7 pens/fields next to the stables. 1 really big stone building with a courtyard. This building is not completely finished, but it was intended to be a foundry/workshop for my husband. It's right outside the iron mine for easy access and would be perfect for a blacksmith. 1 3-story inn with individual rooms/balconies/beds. There is also a front area of the inn with barrels and a table (perfect for a bartender!) Leading into the back of the inn there is a kitchen with 4 ovens, FSBs, and barrels of water for storing meals. 1 Semi-finished Shipbuilding building. 1 Guard Tower - 50ql 1 Mailbox (blue!) with a 78 Courier Enchant 1 gold Vynora altar next to token. 1 silver Magranon altar in the iron mine. 1 Corbita is included. The knarr, cog, and sailboats are not included. A fenced-in flower garden right on the shore with a Path of Love and Path of Knowledge Tile. A small fenced-in CLAY island w/ gatehouse right in the bay with a 1-tile-wide road leading to it. Tar just off-deed. Lots of room for boat parking, and it's deep enough for big ships. 1 Mine with two entrances: The southern-most entrance is a silver mine with several silver veins, including 1 utmost silver vein and 2 forges. The northern-most entrance is the iron mine with lots of iron & marble veins & one zinc vein. Both entrances are level and secured with fences & gates. There's also one area that has been mined down just to water level so you can easily grab a drink while mining. 3 water tiles on-deed (that we've found). Lots of undeveloped area on the east & north sides that we use as a managed forest for carpentry. Apple, Cherry, and Lemon Orchards going up the side of the mountain. An amazing view from the mountain, overlooking the Bay. I had started surface-mining part of the mountain so that I could build a tower/colossus/mansion there to enjoy the view, but didn't finish. You could continue that project OR just ignore it - it's mostly out of sight/out of mind. Inventory: This is to be determined. My husband and I will take our personal tools and a few personal items that we love. All other supplies, tools, armor, and other items will stay behind. PM me if you have questions on this. I'd love for this little gem to go to somebody who appreciates the area and the love that we've poured into it. It's a rare opportunity to get a flat coastal spot with terraforming done and so many resources close by just waiting for good use. Pictures:
