  1. New Price: 70s or nearest offer. As a result of absence and the lack of time, we have decided to sell our beloved land, just 15 minutes walk from Freedom Market. For more than a year, we expanded, terraformed and converted the slopey mountain-side to land that could handle anything we threw at it. With large parts of the settlement situated on both sides of the Great South Mountain highway, transport is as smooth as butter. Plattekloof boasts a central gated entrance with high walls, storage galore, live stock areas, stables, paved roads to every core area and a road in almost every direction of travel. We also have direct access to a road one of our citizens built (a massive 8 month project) down to Freedom Docks. It would behoove you to come have a look, even when we are away, but for the sake of understanding, this is some of the things Plattekloof will be sold with: Everything that is alive at the time of sale, horses, etc. All items and bins and their contents (months of hoarding). Several enclosed yards/areas, mostly with their own structure and writs. A well planned, maintained mine that run in a single tunnel with main chambers off the sides. A second, unmaintained mine in the eastern hills. All signs, roads, gates, locks, etc Access to a guard tower less than 10 tiles off the northern limit. Areas: Enclosed, farming area, with building, oven, forge etc. Open land Mitsuki's old home and livestock/horse areas. Three levels of interconnected horse and livestock yards with a stable building. The main yard (two levels, 2-storey bedded stone home with oven and forge house, and a wooden storage/bedded overnight shack) Stone overlook (a small work shed overlooking most of the eastern skies, with a rare forge) Thys' old home, a small yard and an elaborate wooden house. Schrodinger's yard (a simple bedded shed, with a large yard). Schrodinger's farm yard (above the yard, an open area for farming or other use). Loach Woods (a large area intended for woods/forest, terraformed to allow access to every row of trees) 2x Upper level horse pens (open, enclosed land, high above the main house). More areas of land that area available, with some basic terraforming. We have diligently maintained out upkeep, so decay is minimal to none. All fences and walls are in great shape, and most barrels and bins have useful contents (from clay, bricks, iron, organics, foods, meats to olive oil). There is more than 100 days of upkeep remaining. In effort, love and a lot of planning, this settlement is worth far more than 300 silver to us, but since that is not a reasonable selling price, we await your offers. If we cannot meet a fair price, we will unfortunately not be able to sell, and will hold the land until further notice. Are we moving to Xanadu you may ask? Probably not, probably never. Just an idea for selling to token: Instead of doing three clicks per item (click on item, right click token, click sell) why not have two options: When selling to token, instead of starting by selecting the item you want to sell (which can lead to you selling your prized butchering knife instead of the corpse...as you did not fully select the corpse and just clicked "sell"), have a select box for "sell single" or "sell bulk". If you select bulk, a window pops up similar to the current trade window. You can then click and drag the items you want to sell into this window and select "sell". Here is how you make your mouse clicks less by this option, by example selling five corpses: You have to select corpse, right click token, select sell, five times. 15 mouseclicks. With the trade option you would do: Right click token, select sell bulk, then click and drag five corpses, click sell. This is only 8 mouseclicks.

  9. Hello, dear Celebrians. As a part of my 'comeback', was away for a few months (again), I'm looking for new adventures in Xanadu. Therefore i'm selling my deed, on the north shore, clean open water (no bumps to run into below sea level) access to north border to go over to Exodus. Has a backyard desert for hunting and a bunch of materials, such as bulk of logs at 20ql, 800~ sand, and some other stuff which I'm leaving behind, tools, weapons, some armor, random qualities (no over 60). Some breeded horses, some have traits, some don't. Has some pre-built or under construction buildings. Perfect for nearly anyone to take over and make it flourish. Town has been built on a flattened surface, has access to mines (iron and silver at least) within 30 tiles from token. It's about 40 slopes above sea level and a dock part that's 10~ slopes above sea level. Edit: Also has a mailbox(66) and a Vyn altar. Coordinates: D11 ingame map I'm open to offers, preferably in silvers, will consider items offers too (has to fit my boat). As of today and now: The size of Ignis Mist is 31 by 25. The perimeter is 5 and it has 1 guards hired. The settlement has 3 silver, 13 copper and 95 iron in its coffers. The monthly cost is 2 silver and 55 copper. I have been given the advise to start a wagon distributing company. So I will be taking orders for wagons. These can be destroyed if the person winning would like us to do so but in my oppinion once the new update comes out most of the things inside can be reused The deed also has a center building (we have the writ for it) with all the basic necessities inside (bed, cart, oven, even a well, etc.) so the new owner can move in right away if he/she wants. The mine can be expanded and has easy access to iron just next to the entrance.   21. Problem #1 (NPC traders): Publicly accessible traders are difficult to find any more. When you do find one, it has no money and requires exact change to trade. Traders in this state won't allow a trade unless change is exact. Solution: Add a "keep the change" checkbox to the trading dialog. If I want to trade 11 iron worth of cotton for a 10 iron spindle that the trader has, I should be allowed to. Problem #2 (NPC merchants): Although their new models are great, merchants largely all look the same and it's miserable trying to find one that's well stocked, never knowing which have been abandoned. Solution: The merchant should vanish or somehow visually "close shop" when they are empty/abandoned/poorly updated/poorly stocked. Problem #3 (NPC merchants): Areas with many merchants (freedom market, etc.) or poorly located merchants waste a lot of players' time to locate what they are looking to buy. Solution: Merchants could be linked within a 20 tile radius so in places where there are dozens of them the player doesn't have spend all day locating them all and going back and forth trying to compare prices. A column could be shown in the merchant's interface identifying the name of the merchant the particular goods are on (so the seller still gets represented to the buyer). Solution2: A different spin on this is that the merchant interface becomes available to players within a certain distance of a merchant. Essentially you could ride into the center of town and launch the interface via a button on your screen, it would let you cycle through the wares of nearby merchants, buy what you want, and ride off into the sunset. Problem #4 (NPC traders): All traders in my area are inaccessible to the public. Solution: Traders should be publicly accessible. See Problem #3 Solution#2 - allow a GUI-accessible interface to become available whenever the player is within a certain distance of a trader.

  25. Token selling is a fine feature, I'm a fan of the concept, but I personally refuse to use it (anymore). I accidentally sold my 80ql butchering knife to a token and refused to use the feature since. I just talked with somebody who did the same thing, selling his rare butchering knife because he miss clicked sell as opposed to trade. A simple option in the game settings to remove the menu option would be a great thing to have to prevent things like this from happening. My apologies if this has already been suggested.
