  2. I'm not extensively familiar with the spells that priests can cast, but I think it would be interesting if priests could create scrolls that could be used by non-priests to cast Strongwall, for example, but with some added difficulty so it's still better to actually get a priest player to do it. It could also give the Papyrusmaking skill greater usefulness.
  3. So as beautiful as wurm is, there is one thing that I always find horribly distracting and that is texture stretching. What if we could make new textures that would be longer and would effectively unroll or roll up like a scroll, as the tile gets taller and shorter. If not that, then maybe different textures at different milestones? Flat, 20, 40, 80, 160, 300? Here is a throwback to my creepy "cobwebby dirt turned into ghosts" pic from Halloween... Doesn't look like the artists intended.
  4. I tried to bind something to the mousewheel, this came up. Not sure if its not supported or what but here is the log. Error parsing command <bind mousewheelup> java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "WHEELUP" at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Unknown Source) at class.rm0deMORiA.Ma4vZ9hcx8(SourceFile:849) at class.rm0deMORiA.Ma4vZ9hcx8(SourceFile:218) at class.KdJfpjQTL0.a_(SourceFile:42) at class.YdAcUPyoEN.Ma4vZ9hcx8(SourceFile:734) at class.RTIFFtAKav.Ma4vZ9hcx8(SourceFile:1326) at com.wurmonline.client.qO3HnCUoE2.Ma4vZ9hcx8(SourceFile:345) at com.wurmonline.client.XU4A7KzrWy.iexN2x5i03(SourceFile:328) at com.wurmonline.client.XU4A7KzrWy.run(SourceFile:1466) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
  5. Would it be possible to enable players to use the mouse scroll wheel to activate the "next" or "previous" item in the toolbelt? For instance, if you currently have the item in slot 1 active, scrolling downwards one time would activate the item in slot 2, and vice versa. Ideally scrolling would wrap around, so if you have the item in the leftmost slot active and scrolled up, the rightmost toolbelt slot would now be active. Using the scroll wheel to switch active items is a pretty standard feature in many games from different genres as a complement to the number row. Enabling players to rapidly scroll through every item in their toolbelt would streamline the item switching process and it would in particular make slot 6-10 easier to access, something which is currently somewhat complicated by the fact that it's generally harder to reach the right-most end of the numerical keyboard row.
