  1. Now that we have multistory and nice roof types would be great to be able to add a weather vane to the peaks.
  2. Hi, i made some pottery shingle roofs for my house but i'm not able to see them. Other players can see them but that is not working for me, there are only bit question marks on a satchel where the roof should be. Same problem is occuring while i try to load the client with Ironwood skin, all UI opens with big Red X's . Waiting for help thanks
  3. Just a little annoyed that there wasnt an option for those of us to keep the previous roof if we didnt want to add a story, while still having a level ground. Now im stuck rebuilding ugly roofs for no reason other than to have an ugly roof. Building a new roof should have been OPTIONAL if you wanted to keep a one level. imo anyway.
  4. With a quality 68 plank activated, I get the improve option to improve a 7 quality wooden shingle roof, but when I choose the option, nothing happens.
  5. My Sunroof

I have been reading about other peoples roofs glitching out and at one point thought i had the same problem. But i think i have something else. Unsure. Its been like this since day one of 1.0 While making my roof i dced and came back to an empty space and a plan under another piece of roof section. I cant make another plan in this space and had already started said part before it glitched. Just wondered if what i have here is part of the same 'bug' or if its something different. I added a few pics to show what it looks like. http://imgur.com/3y12w http://imgur.com/5WYZM Thanks
  6. I was playing earlier today and I was able to use destroy a fellow villager's roof from any distance I could still select it from and outside the dwelling. I also tried to see if I could delete my neighbor's roof to test and while I could not because it was deeded, it seems I was able to plan a floor despite there being a roof and it not being mine. I was however prevented from doing so by the walls of the building. I didn't test if I could plan a floor inside because my neighbors are paranoid and lock their doors. Thanks for reading.
  7. So I just logged in to keep on working on roofs/repairing things and uh... this happened o.o I get that There is already a roof here message if I right click on the floor boards in that house and select the roof option Any idea how I can move it so its back over my house? Or does finishing off the roof fix it?
  8. It's a minor bug, but still kinda annoying.
  9. At per subject line, I am new to Wurm, started playing about a week or so ago and I'm having a grand time. But the house that I just managed to construct suddenly has no roof. And I've looked through this forum and on Wurmpedia and while everybody is talking about slate roofs and how difficult they are, there is no information on how to build a generic, plain, I'm-A-New-Kid-And-Can't-Do-Much, roof. Can someone give me a hand with a recipe or a starting point?
  10. tested with wooden roofs,i continue building but the materials left when examined dont update. />http://imgon.net/di-HOM4.jpg
