Vale is an active, friendly community on the southern side of Newspring island on Xanadu. We welcome all who want to join us! This is a settled, committed community that you can count on to be here for a long time in the future. If you are moving from somewhere else or a returning player, you will find plenty to do here and people willing to work with you on larger projects. If you are a new player, we have a long history of helping newbies learn the game and gain skills. We make playing fun! You will feel like you have come home. Vale is next to the villages of Eden and Dune, and you can choose to build a house in any of the three deeds. Vale is nestled in a lush valley walled on two sides by mountains, just north of Fir Market and on the highway system. Idyllic wooded Eden, snuggled between the mountains and the ocean, has beautiful sea views and a castle. The port village of Dune, perfect for seafarers and shipbuilders, features our seaside village pub the Royal Oak. The island of Newspring has an active alliance and there is always someone around to talk to. We have lots to offer: 5x6 tile plots in any of the three villages. A shared commons with materials for all to use. If you would rather live in a 'condo', we have those too, fully furnished. If deed ownership is your interest, our extensive highway system means you can live close enough to be part of the community while having your own private space. We provide free, high CCFP meals in our HOTAs. There are plenty of areas for farming, pens for animals and an extensive mine system. I'm a proud mayor of crater village in northern newspring. I have to apologise for my english, i feel fine while talking, but writing posts was never my good side. Leathercity - a new village located at J8, Xanadu. Leathercity is located between mountains and offers a very nice natural scenery. Even though it is a bit secluded, a highway connects it to starter town Linton and many other deeds in alliance. The village itself is new, but the mayor, Tinaskat has been playing for many years. Hey all o/ Ridge Hollow is a new deed looking for villagers! It's pretty brand spankin' new, so it's not as "cushy" as some of the more established villages. If that's not your cup of tea no worries! However, if you would like to try and be a part of something from the beginning, with fresh land and broad horizons then I encourage you to consider Ridge Hollow! Ridge Hollow is nestled on a shelf on the southern side of the mountain in the north-eastern quadrant of K22. I would like to utilize the verticality of the area as much as possible using teirs and bridges where plausible. It will require a good bit of terraforming, too. With that being said, when I say it's a fresh deed I mean fresh. I have just managed to clear space to start terraforming and getting some buildings up as well as a space for a small farm. As far as potential larger projects the area south of the deed is a valley that would be a prime area to eventually link a n east-west highway around the south-western side of the mountain and up to Whitefay. There is already a road being built that I believe heads south-west of the lake area, and so being a hub between those two roads could be beneficial at some point I'm sure. One major project I would love to see happen is a mine entrance on-deed that goes down and east to link up with the lake, so after a canal is built, trading by boat could be a possibility. Other than that I have a few other ideas floating around in my head but I really would like to have others input. As far as provisions I already have quite a bit of meat and food, some common materials and a few extra tools, there is a mine with an iron vein just off deed, as well as out there so it's not a fully fresh start but really darn close. I think the location is beautiful, too! And I think it's in an area that, if established, could be a good hub settlement. Looking for new and not-new players. Pretty much anyone who is friendly and really want to make something cool and contribute to the larger whole. Plenty of opportunities to be had in these here parts. Hello, I am myself a returning player to Wurm after a year break. I had been looking for a village to join for the past week (I got some invites to small villages, though), however, it was not exactly what I was looking for. I was trying to find a village with active players (est. 5-10), not a village with 2-3 people or a huge city. Unfortunately, I was unable to find such village, thus, I decided to at least give it a try and make one myself. As for now, I have found a nice place (yet to be discovered fully) with iron, clay, beautiful lake and nice landscape. It seems like there was a village a very long time ago, as there were no bins or forges left. I have just built my house, just a small one for now. Yesterday I managed to find some animals like bulls, a cow, spiders, wolves, bears, lava spider. What I found out about the area is that, nearby villages do not exist anylonger, though, I need to re-check it to confirm this. The village itself is, as for now, 22x21 with 3s unkeep. There is lots of space and the village has not been shaped, yet. There are no spirit guards hired, since I can defend myself against anything without any problems, however, if a new player needs a guard there is a tower nearby, or I may hire a spirit guard. The village is located at N21 (upper bay), just like on the screenshot below. Black Pearl on Exodus (s16 ingame map) is looking for new villagers to join. Black Pearl on Exodus was founded january 2012, just 4 months after the release of Exodus in 2011. From then on it has grown and prospered. More then 50 players have been villager here over the years. Some still play in Black Pearl while others took off to found their own village after learning Wurm in Black Pearl. Black Pearl is part of the South Pearl alliance. Black Pearl is located in a region called South Exodus (SEX - dont let this scare you). South East of Black Pearl is Mount Sherriff, one of the highest mountains of Exodus, with a spectacular view from the top. North of us lies Skeleton Desert, after the Great Northern Desert the second desert of Exodus. To the west we have Fraser Bay, open water, and Fraser Bay Bridge (a landbridge to the Goblin Peninsula). What has Black Pearl to offer to you: Black Pearl is by far the largest village in the deep south of Exodus, both in size as in number of villagers. This means there are mostly other villagers that can help you through the exciting first weeks of your wurming experience, but there is also some safety to protect you from the (abundant) local wildlife. We are gradually expanding. After you build your house on your own plot, there are many possibilities to continue in Wurm, and we from Black Pearl will try to accomodate this, if it is within our possibilities. You can become hunter, farmer, miner, smitty, carpenter, cook, priest, etc.or all if you have difficulty choosing one of them..... We are located directly south of Skeleton Desert, a great hunting area for the more skilled hunter. But with the use of guards from the guard towers even new players can assist in the killing of strong crocodiles or hellious scorpions. Also we have a harbor with access to open water, so why not make a rowing boat and row away, and start fishing.... In the Hall of Black Pearl Castle we have a complete set of village rules for you. Jenn-Kellon was the largest kingdom with all the advantages of a White Light kingdom and many HoTS players on wild wished for a WL option on the wild server other than JK. This was the beginning of MR, made up mostly of former HoTS towns and headed up by Libilian Outlaws. Eventually after a great many successes against Jenn-Kellon (holding a Non-Agression pact with HoTS due to the many friends they had that remained there) LO fell. With the fall of LO and server numbers having taken a severe drop MR was reduced to only a loyal few. With our reduced numbers these times were hard, during these times the old home servers (JK-H and MR-H) were removed in favor of Freedom server, Independence. We were always the underdogs and always outnumbered, but MR persevered and fought on, performing weekly raids and activites under afew experienced individuals. With the religion fix changes came possibly the biggest change to Mol Rehan. Our forces suddenly found themselves defending their homeland due to HoTS forces abandoning the existing NaP and attacking with Libila Champions from their capital of Ebony Veil which had been allowed to be built close to MR mainlands in friendlier times. Drastic measures had to be taken to consolidate the MR forces and expell the invaders. This was the formation of House of Mol Rehan was thought of which was a Co-operation between all the major villages in MR at the time. Around this time aswell the first 3 champions of Magranon for MR were inducted forming the foundation of our love for the god of War. These champions strived tirelessly to combat the new HoTS threat tielessly as the entirety of Mol-Rehan came together at this time to construct their gigantic size 100 new capital city and then....strike back. Together under cover of night Mol-Rehan forces speedily contructed war forts outside of the HoTS capital of Ebony Veil and laid seige to the city, eventually toppling it and crippling the HoTS ability to strike into MR land. We were finally risen and strong again. Battling both HoTS and JK in numerous conflicts. Win or lose noone on the wild server could ever deny that we had become the most aggressive force. Rarely needing to defend our lands and always bringing the fight to our enemies. We had risen from the fall of Libilian Outlaws and we were strong. Eventually of course came the release of the Epic Server and, what many believe to be, a temporary large drop in players on Wild as many players went to try out the new pvp server cluster. During this time Rolf made the hasty decision to remove pvp on the server and link it to the freedom cluster in the hopes of increasing it's numbers. Much to the lament of almost all of the players on wild, all of the kingdoms were removed and Mol Rehan was faded into only an alliance of deeds. Re-founded as the Empire of Mol Rehan alliance. As PvP was slowly reintroduced to the newly named "Chaos" server which was finally linked to the Freedom cluster we began to rekindle our spirit. Players the long retired to other freedom servers slowly began to return and continued to strive to bring the fight to our enemies when possible. Finally as raiding was introduced back to the server rendering the current MR HoTA deed at the time (Mountain Sanctuary) the warfront village of Kratos was found deep in JK lands near the east coast securing access to the Freedom border and also close enough to be a competitive force in HoTA. Thanks to it's close position to the border and surrounded by enemies it quickly became a magnet for PvP and plenty of new players from Freedom wanting to try their hand at PvP forming the new backbone of MR. Shortly after this we were given the opportunity to become a PMK which we gathered together to do. With a strong core of old MR players and a new expanded rank or Freedom originated players. Since becoming a PMK we have grown alot and had many great successes. We have reclaimed much of our old lands and have been waging a vicious war against both the JK and BL PMKs and have succesffuly grown to be the largest kingdom on the server currently. We pride ourselves on still maintaining the old MR mentality of highly aggressive actions against our enemies (You won't find a group of players on Chaos who are involved in Raids or PvP than us). If you are thinking of trying out the Chaos server you won't find a better group of friends to bring you into it, we above all else focus on having fun, win or lose and above all focus on having a active and enjoyable community. In all seriousness, I am a hermit living near greymead and I am looking for any semi-active player, new or old, to join in my village. The village itself is developed but is always being improved. The village of Mag Mell is recruiting. Who we are? At the moment we are 7-10 active villagers, mostly german-speaking, between 20 and 45 years old. Our Timezone is GMT+1 / UTC +1 What we are doing? Our deedholder Galadhel got this vision of a plain deed and an great village – so we are mostly terraforming now – and the deed is really big. We got time for our own business – but there are tons of dirt that have to be moved and a lot of rock that have to be mined down with surface mining. We are working hard, but it dont feels like working, cause we chat nice together and have a lot of fun – and there is nothing better as looking back after a while and see the work that has been done. Also most terraforming is done between 20.00 and 22:00 o`clock - and no one is responsible to help, especially not every evening. What we are looking for? If you are a new or older player with adult behaviour and you really like Wurm – then you are welcome. It would be very nice, if you would help as a bit with the work – so we trying to help you to answer your questions, a place to live (your own house) and other nice goodies like mine-using and horses to use – but we are living at a building site and there is a lot of work, that there once will be a wonderful village. My Pants Harbour is currently accepting new citizens! What is it? My Pants Harbour is currently a workplace for traders who produce and export goods. The Storm Lands Alliance is located near the north shore of Crystal Lake, east of Dragonfang Mountain on Independence. We've recently added several new villages to the alliance, and those villages have added new players to their roster. NEWLY UPDATED: March 29th, 2016 Storm's End is located in the north shore region of Crystal Lake, about 1/3 km from the shore line itself. We enjoy helping mature new or returning players who enjoy Wurm as an alternate 'life' experience, who want to hang out with us, learn from us and have fun in a safe environment. Stay a few days, weeks or forever. We have a very laid back, easy going play style. There are a few 2 story 1x2 secure locked apartment units with beds and private storage; also citizen houses, farm and animal plots available. Move in ready. Those who wish to stay eventually design and build their own dwellings, and those who leave to plant a deed are invited to join our Alliance. Hot meals are provided daily. We have multiple mines on our deeds, boats for use on our beautiful Crystal Lake, which is surrounded by mountains and woods. There are secure areas for man and domestic animals on deeds, but we prefer to welcome the mob to visit us regularly. ;-) We are mostly Polish-German-American, providing a rich cultural environment and almost 24 hour coverage.
