  1. Simply a container, problably made of cotton cloth, that allows to put inside only sowable items, and only one type at once. Then the farmer could activate the seed pouch to sow a dirt tile, and a sowable item from inside is consumed, so a farmer could sow many tiles without the need of activate a seed each time...
  2. I wish there were ways for other foods to better compete with Pizzas. Right now pizza is a clearly "better" food and there is less incentive for people to make a variety of foods. My idea is for an item that allows people to "combine" food and drink items to function as a single meal that also looks like a dining table complete with place settings. A player would add food to the table the way that fueling fire works: right click, "Add Food". Each table would have a maximum amount of food that it can hold like with fuel. It will have a higher capacity to account for some of the larger goods like roasted animals. It may also display a message like, "The table is full so you decide not to put anything else on it" when it can't take more food. Players can use the Taste function to see which affinities they may gain and Examine to see which food items were put into the table. The table would keep track of the average nutrition value and add up the CCFP along with recording the meal types of the foods for the purposes of calculating the affinities. Any player with appropriate permissions can right click on the table and chose "Eat Meal" to start eating from the food. The eat function can also be accessed while sitting down. All players eating from the table will eat until full or the food is exhausted and will gain affinities, CCFP, and nutrition based on the amount of food eaten. An optional benefit would be a function to add a price before allowing food to be eaten much like beds. An optional cosmetic benefit to add would be to make multiple dining table types to suit different situations. For instance small wooden tables with no frills for more simple houses up to fancy marble tables with ornate decorations for palaces. Also small tables up to banquet tables with matching capacities for personal to public use. For example, a player may make a roast hog, some salads, a cake, and wine to add to the table. The player's guests all sit around the table and eat like they would from a meal until full or the food is gone. The gained nutrition, CCFP, and affinities would be the combined values for the items made. I think this would be great for decorating, running restaurants and inns and also for entertaining fellow players.

  4. Features Azbantium Fist enchantment that allows faster surface mining dependant on power Seafloor Mining Rig item to mine underwater Azbantium Pickaxe item alternative to Azbantium Fist (off by default) Remove surface mining restriction altogether (off by default) Don't require all corners to be uncovered (off by default) Detailed configuration Ago's Mod Loader required Information Azbantium Fist (Enchantment) Azbantium Fist works just like Wind of Ages (requires statuette, etc.) but is for the Magranon deity by default. The power directly relates to the chance you have to mine a slope down. Without the enchantment, you have a 25% chance. As the power increases, the chance goes up till you get to 100% at power 100. Seafloor Mining Rig (Item) Seafloor Mining Rig acts like a dredge but is for mining. The ingredients are: 5kg of iron lump 1kg of steel lump Continue: 2kg of lead lump 1 thick rope Azbantium Pickaxe (Item) Similar to a pickaxe, made exactly the same as one, but the ql of the pickaxe also decides the chance of lowering a rock slope. Off by default. Other features You can enable 'alwaysLowerRockSlope' in the configs and any mining will always lower rock slope. Doing so will make AF and Azbantium Pickaxe useless. You can enable 'noNeedToUnconverRock' in the configs and you will no longer need to uncover all rock tiles. This is an experimental feature and is known to convert some surrounding tiles into rock tiles. Enable at your own risk. Remember, this is an alpha, expect big changes and some bugs. Installation: Make sure you have ago's mod loader - Download here Extract contents into the mods folder Enjoy! Download: https://github.com/aschmois/SurfaceMiningFixMod/releases/tag/v0.2.1
  5. Although the fact that you need to be near the sea level/water level to be able to farm rice is somewhat cool for specialized rice farmers, some maps in WU make it quite hard. Also i think most would like this idea even if it would make rice farmers obsolete. Rice patties/fields as a buildable construct. Lets say you use bricks/stone to start building it, and its dropped just like a charcoal pile, then you add more dirt and rock to finish it. The stone would be to help support the dirt walls you would be making as a dam to hold water in. Basically you create a farm area with a dirt dam around the edges to hold water in. Since its a "building" im not sure if the normal way of sowing and harvesting would work, but that would be ideal. The patty itself you would open and fill with water like any container. Then as its not a real waterproof dam, lets say the water drains at some set speed. Should come in 3 sizes. Small, medium and large. If having farmable tiles within a structure that would also have to check for water in the patty container is hard to make, maybe the patties would have the rice seeds as a building part, so you would have to actually use the rice as a part for finishing the patties, then when its ripe. You open it and take out the harvestable rice, breaking the patty back down to the stage where it needs new seeds and new water to start over. (this seems harder though, as the rice would not be an actual field tile. Though you could maybe add the "farm option to the patty itself then?) Hope thats not to messy and you understand what i mean. Pluss one if anyone is interested guys, also feel free to add your own ideas for how it would work in comments.
  6. The humble staff, weapon of many in the middle ages. Damn useful while hiking as well! New Feature : When a staff is equipped a minor speed bonus (1% per 20QL?) is granted, a small (again 1% per 20QL?) stamina buff is given when climbing (takes less stamina to climb that is). New Feature : Increase staff block rate against mobs (not players) New Item : Iron/Steel Shod Staff Materials : 1 Staff, 1 Staff Ends Notes : Repairable/Improvable staff (uses wood) with a buff (15 normal fighting, 15 fighting skill and 15 polearms should be enough to take down mountain lions/wolves at Q20 without being murdered horribly). New Item : Carved Staff Materials : Staff, Carving Knife Notes : Repairable/Improvable staff, grants an additional 1% speed and climbing bonus per 20QL. New Item : Engraved Staff Materials : Staff, Carving Knife (?) Notes : Engraved staffs are slightly mysterious objects. They grant a 1% skillgain bonus per 20QL, however which skill is not known (each one gives a different skill), the type of skill given depends on the skills of the maker (basically the more points you have in a skill the more likely it is to be that one). New Item : Staff Ends Materials : 1kg of Iron or Steel Notes : A crafting item
