I really wish that you would get a message stating that a player you are trying to mail to does not exist is you misspell the name. I know you can retrieve items if not picked up in a certain time frame on your own server, but i think you just lose it if on a different one. The mail systems needs a little tweaking.

I have recently mailed an item to the winner of an auction for a substantial amount. After 3 days the player hasn't received it. I know there is a time limit to receive an item, but what happens to the item after the time limit? Do I lose everything? I have sent a forum pm to the winner of the auction and it still shows they haven't read it. What actions can I take to either get the money or the item back. Any advice is welcome.

Spirit castle at Blackburrow needs some spirits installed in it. I have no coin to offer, but I do have a couple gems and you can also have whatever rares I have laying around if you want them. I would love a good or even bad in game mail system to send people message while they are offline. In game that can require a lot of coordination this can be invaluable.
