I killed on of my horses by catapult for my journal but did not get credit.

So some of the gameplay is not exactly... PG-rated, especially BL/HOTS gameplay. Things consisting of (but not limited to) gaining negative reputation/alignment, murder, cannibalism, human sacrifice, altar desecration, raising the dead, worshipping dark goddesses, murder, theft, looting, muggery, thuggery, grand theft ship, grand theft cart, player breeding (ok fine that one was removed quickly), dealing in dubious substances, invading, RMT slavery, piracy, parallel parking, and square dance calling. I say there should be personal goals on this gameplay.

Hi, i found some kind of bug that didn't allow me to finnish task in Journal - Basic training: Nature. You have to find by foraging/botanizing nettles, sassafras, nutmeg and COCOA beans (that doesn't exist anymore).

when you have completed an archaeology report , currently the only way to know if it is completed or not is to rightclick and examine to "get direction" , when you have a large amount of reports in a journal , this can be a time consuming process. If you continue to investigate the same deed you have a completed report for , there should be a prompt , ie "you have enough information you need to start a new report or you will gain no benefit " or something like that . i do not mean where you get a "you have found enough information to complete this report " in the event log as you get now , when stacking investigate actions it can be easy to miss it , i mean after it is complete something saying "you have already got enough info" or something similar. possible adding a (complete) suffix after reports in journal

The priests among you who strive for great things and strive for the title divine and the advantages that go with it (benediction), know that some entries are more difficult to access than others. I'm referring specifically to "cast a global spell" (or link you with a prister of the this ") Unfortunately, I keep hearing that some priests who can afford the luxury of having various alts as "favor batteries" cast the global spell alone. that sucks for those priests who cannot afford it, because a LOT of time and effort passes between the individual rituals to recharge the "strength" of the respective deity through prayers and preaching. So it is more or less a collective effort of the community that the ritual can take place. This achievement is then destroyed by individuals by stealing the "cast". ((That'S what I heard at least)) So I suggest that when the time of a ritual should come, that a group of priests as large as possible meet who still need the journal entry and then do the magic together. that should take place at a time when as many as possible "can" be there I would like to hear your opinion on this

Please reduce the number of rifts you are required to close to complete that portion of destinations unknown. Requiring 100 rifts is just way too much for your average player to complete. I understand this portion of the journal is meant to be hard but at a point it becomes nearly impossible unless you are someone who doesn't have rigid responsibilities. Due to work and the need to sleep I currently can only make on average 1 rift a week, if I'm lucky 2 and very rarely 3. Heck due to nearly all of last weeks being early AM for me I didn't get to participate in any. At this rate it is going to take me close to 2 real life years to complete from start to finish. How can I keep my attention on this for that long? I get that you want people to keep playing so you get their premium. I mean come on though, isn't 2 years of a persons life asking a bit much to be able to complete this journal? If the number I can do is average then halving it to 50 would be a very reasonable request. That is still an entire year spent going to rifts if you can only do one a week. Another point to make is that everything else in destinations unknown is complete-able with a year of dedication to playing daily, so why is this so much longer? Just as a visual aid here are the upcoming rifts in my timezone: Also I know there are going to be those who have finished this requirement posting -1's because they had to do it so everyone else should to. To those that might I simply request that you don't unless you have legit input as to why this is a bad idea. Thank you and have a great day 🙂 -
I had the first Journal entry and needed to ride a cow and on Jackal i happen to see one so i hopped on, got the 1 hour sleep and Title, the latter of which also appear on Jackal, but not on Wurm. Is this intended? Should we make sure we get our Journals complete on Wurm or forever lose the titles? -
I'm not sure if this is a bug, or, if it is intended, but I got a strange event message saying I have "unlocked" something in "the journal". I have never opened the journal. Is this intended? Is it possible to fully complete the journal without ever opening it? Seems a little odd, but guess I had better ready myself to accept further strange happenings!

On The winding Road are goal where you need to cook Billy Sheep Gruff Stew. Just cooked it but goal in journal still white not green. Someone need to look in this. [20:06:58] The ingredients in the open helm would make a billy sheep gruff stew when cooked.

As the title implies, when completing the journal goals at level 4 called "Paved with stone" the 2 hours of SB were not awarded and the "Skilled title" was not awarded as well. I imagine this being a bug somewhat. Anyone else experience this? I think I might have posted this in the wrong section, just realised , my bad :D. Can delete this topic, I'll post it where it should be Again apologies.

Hello \o/ I'm Cake, a newb who joined looking to live the fabulous life of a peasant or something. I'm an artist irl so I thought it would be fun to get back into medieval-style work, something I've done before and enjoyed quite a bit. Here's a 'tapestry' I drew which took forever. I noticed some old medieval art up on walls in-game already. I kind of wish I could do custom banners in Wurm, but it's understandable why this feature isn't in place. So this thread is going to be sort of an art-journal, documenting my serf, what she looks like, does, the village, etc. I hope you'll tune in and enjoy! PS, I absolutely LOVE Wurm's music, 'In Your Eyes' is my favorite.

Week 4, Day of Tears – 1037 I found a horse dead today; dead with baby. Her death, of reasons unknown, brings about thoughts of my own mortality here in the wilds. Seeking safety further from the waters may shelter me from the raiders, but what other dangers have I opened myself too. Every night I hear the cracking of branches just off my perimeter, the growls of predators and the ever present smell of ash. In the light of day, I find that deer and cows graze happily, though at night I fear there happiness is extinguished when the spiders come. Fo protect me now, tis a dangerous land. All is for naught; I have become stronger in this feral landscape. With my aptitude for the sword I grow braver each day. I work the land as any proud woodsman would and enjoy the beautiful sights that are awarded me. Just out my window, I am reminded of my simple past as I look out at the Orchard Bay and remember the times spent next to my hermit neighbor, Eobersig. I can just make out his place from here and I wonder what new explorers pester him? Perhaps I should stop by soon and enjoy one of his meals, for they are the best in the bay. Life would be easier closer to civilization, but what would life be if it were easy? Perhaps soon others will find my mountain nice. Well, maybe after the spiders leave, then this could be a paradise for others besides my livestock and me.
