Since a tractor is too advanced for the tech of the Wurm, could we have a animal plow to tend the fields in the farm? Horse plow, Bull plow and so on. E.g.: You just have to lead the horse with the tool behind it or you can push the tool behind the animal (or animals).

How about a half height door with a top part that is always open, so that my horse can look out? This is not a new idea - Leaf suggested a half door in 2012: ...and Journeya asked for a stable door in 2015: The closest current solution I can find is an archway with a gate in it, which is nice, but not very solid, so how about one of these: Just some ideas.

Hi I would like a Horse or two on release. So I thought perhaps someone on release would like a horse at their disposal on Indipendence. Idea is that i can care for some animals your place ( i can care for 10 ) and you for some on mine. On top we could have some horses at our disposal at each others deeds. I can provide some enchantet grass tiles on top. That way we both have more cared for animals for breeding and we have transport on each others server. Perhaps a guest house with essentials would be nice as well. I live pretty central on indi at the north end of Crystal Lake L18-19

I wonder if it'd be possible to add a button to directly open the saddlebags on a horse. Something like this: 1. A button next to the "backpack" and "quiver" toggling button on the player's personal bar. Also available for keybinding. This option would automatically pull up bags on the horse the player is currently riding and would be "greyed out" when no horse/vehicle is present (technically,the same thing could be done for any vehicle the player is driving). 2. A button on the creature's bar showing when said creaure is selected. This would ease the process of managing multiple burden horses.

So I looked at the forum to find anything about saddlebags and indeed the community has quite a bit about wanting it. So, I will not go into detail about it other than... Saddlebags would be a great addition to wurm! Seriously. Now onto the Small Carts. "But wait Enigma... There are small carts." Yep, I think it would be a nice addition to the game to have the ability to hitch one horse to the cart. it makes sense to me considering that is what people do with horses. They hitch them to stuff they would rather not pull on their own.Of course you would still have to lead it. The other thing that would be a nice addition is the ability to load a single Large Crate or two Small Crates in the Small cart. I cannot count the number of times where I needed to carry just one or two crates somewhere or needed a crate in a location where horses are unable to go. Hitching up a large cart for one crate just seems... excessive to me. In these instances I am forced to spend a large amount of time pushing or pulling it to the location. Even if the ability to hitch is not going to fly, loading into a small cart would be awesome. Well theres my 2 cents worth of Saddlebags and Small Carts!

If you stop riding a horse when you are on a bridge, it is very difficult to manage to get it back under control without GM assistance. You cannot lead or tame it. I have normally been able to do this by charming the horse, then right-click commanding it to move to a non-bridge tile. This usually works, but sometimes does not, probably based on the terrain steepness that the bridge is crossing, or some such. There really needs to be a fix for this. An excellent horse, with good gear is a substantial asset and very painful to lose to a server bug. Not only that, you cannot charm a horse that is branded and cared for by another person. You also have to worry about agro creatures attacking your charmed horse while you are trying to de-bridge it. On the server I now play on, there are no restrictions to priesthood, but on the old Wurm servers, I suspect that broken horses on bridges are even more painful than they are where I currently play.

I was wondering if there is a mod that speeds up the growth of a horse after it is born, I've been searching everywhere (or searching in the wrong place) for a mod like this (if it even exists), I play on my own single player server and it just seems like a pain waiting for one horse to grow up to a ride-able stage. If someone could please link me to such mod I would be forever grateful.

I was wondering, is it possible to replace the default horse skins with custom ones like the amazing ones Fizziepop has made? Would this require a mod (eek!) or is it a case of overwriting the default skins with new images, wherever they might be?

I have lost two horses, a foal and a young adult. I think they may have been stolen, as the off deed pen they were in had just one wall missing and the others had minimal damage. They were in a stone perimeter pen with other animals, all of which have been recovered. They were in the perimeter of my deed Hindleap at G23 Xanadu. The missing animals are: Walkingchaser - young adult male. Parents Wilddaisy and Dreamtails. 5 speed, tough, healthy. Hopecker - ado foal male, may have aged to young adult. Parents Madiagold and Sweetpie. 5 speed, sparky, healthy. GMs are unable to help as they were off deed. They're not branded, and are both jets. If anyone has seen them or has them, please let me know!

Saddlebags are coming to wurm, but also slower horses if the bags are filled with stuffs. Suggestion: A new type of meal which can be fed to a horse to provide temporary boosts in stamina and strength, so as to allow the horse to still ride like the wind despite having heavy saddlebags. Something about pvp...well, in that case, allow this meal only to work on horses with saddlebags e.g. for a horse carrying an empty bag the meal won't have an impact, but the heavier the bag the bigger the impact to balance it out so the horse won't have any impediment to speed despite a full saddlebag.
