Hello! I am moving from my home and would like to sell if possible. The deed's name is Twilight's embrace. There is a large, furnished house on deed. A mine located just under the house. Room for deed expansion. A small orchard, farm next to the house. An area for animals. The deed comes with an invitation to the Aged Fat Alliance which has many active and friendly members as well as public mines (you can find pretty much anything you want in a ten minute cart ride) and docs that access the ocean. Easy access to the Linton highway. Deed is located in the J11 area of Xanadu. I would like about 10s for the home, but I am willing to haggle if you can't afford that. (There is way more that 10s worth of items being left on the deed but I'm not bothering to include that in the price.) The deed itself in minimal and upkeep is paid up for about 2 more months. It's only a few copper since it's a minimal deed. The land that you would have claim over is outside of the deed though. It's all fenced and the fences are in good repair. There is a functional supreme mailbox just outside the front gate. There are lots of neighbors close by, but not so close that you can't expand the deed even more if you wanted to. There are a couple guard towers near by. Easy access to tar, clay, sand, and anything else you might want. I am happy to answer any more questions you might have. I have a question regarding the construction of larger than average homes. I am trying to build a 9x7 three story mansion with a 5x3 courtyard in the center. I have 54 Carpentry. So I looked at the rules, and then counted how many walls and floors I have already built. 22 Floors + 36 Walls = 58 58 > 54 I am rather confused, but I am also a new player, so I may be misunderstanding the mechanics. Now that I have all the context out of the way, I can finally ask my question(s): Assuming I raise my Carpentry level enough, will I be able to complete the house? Do upper-level floors and walls count toward the wall and floor total limit? If it is possible to build, to what level do I need to raise my Carpentry? Note: If you are wondering about the upper floors, each will have a smaller surface area than the one below it, so I don't think that will be an issue. Any suggestions or help is appreciated. Hey guys, I had a somewhat long break from WURM but now the addiction has returned I would like to settle (deed up) near glasshollow somewhere, are there any spots left or is everything in the immediate surrounding taken? I am currently on Pristine, prepping my Corbita for the long haul trip. I am by no means experienced like the rest of you. I got my skills to about 30 ish and now would like to rebuild a home and continue. Or maybe someone would like to sell me their deed nearby? Just thought I'd repost this for the weary masses that are tired of having to deal with the balancing issues of Xanadu. Return to your home servers, there's no need reason to tolerate all of this with a released game you pay a premium for. Sold your deed on your home server and don't want to shell out more cash? Read the original post below. ------------------- I'm looking to recruit a player, or possibly multiple players for a large deed (55 x 77), located on the Deli steppe 36x 40y. My preference would be a returning player essentially wanting free land, and any contribution to upkeep would be appreciated. It's a secondary deed for me at the moment, so I won't be too picky about what you'd like to do with it. There's currently over 800 tiles of flat land that could be used for farming, tons of trees, as well as plenty of space for animals. Good hunting nearby, as it's on the steppe, marble, zinc, copper, iron in the mine. The deed's apart of a small alliance, and some help can be provided, but I'm not looking for anyone I'd have to walk through the fundamentals of the game with. Farmers, or someone who can use the land to help pay the upkeep are a bonus. Upkeep is 8.5s a month, but has a trader to help out, so contributions would be minimal. We are all hardworking and sharing and work to get our village progressed. Most of us are from Australia some play at night other through the day but we are all active. What do we want from you ? This village is looking for active players who want to play with others, grind and help each other out. We want help with the village duties, not slaves just help! We are also looking for players who speak english you dont have to be 100% but you do have to be able to communicate with us. Hello folks, im Selva, i'm 22, i started playing Wurm Online since the end of July. One week after i've started playing, i met some good guys who were recruiting ppl to their villages. However, all the 5 villagers, including the mayor and co-mayor, went away at the beginning of August, moren than 2 away months now. So , im alone, in a ghost deed, with lots of buildings locked and about to get off deed, since the upkeep money is almost gone. Why i dont put more money at the deed's bank?! Well, im almost sure they will not come back, unfortunelly, and i have no interest in feeding a ghost deed which i wouldn't have, at least, the minimum control of even my house. So, cut to the point, im looking for a new deed at Celebration, who has a nice place, decent people and recruit me as a free villager, not a slave or a second class citizen. -My location is near TapDance -Not premium at the moment, but, obviously i have plans to be -Have some stuff that might help the recruiter, if not a super advanced wealthy deed. - I'm a good villager, you can check about me with the players : Reyaa, Pepeford, Hooter, Harvest, Feasd pr Maiya.
