Grains Garden Vegetable Garden Textiles Garden Oak Hill has three large garden secions, one for vegetables, one for grains and one for textile plants. With a constant harvest and replant philosophy, our gardens are never empty, and our Food Storage and Bulk Storage Bins are always full. As you have seen in the pictures so far and following, we have every variety of tree on deed, and trees are considered a valued source of edibles, skill works, and lumber. The harvest and replant philosophy here extends to our trees as well, and many are sprout checked before they are cut, so we have a constant supply of wood as needed. Berry, Nut and flowering bushes are valued as well and are scattered throughout the deed. East Entrance Fountain - On Deed West Entrance Fountain - Off Deed Oak Hill has two fountains available for water to both villagers as well as travelers over our bluff, one is on deed and one is off, but maintained by Oak Hill. Tar and Clay are on deed as well in limited supply, but larger supplies are not far off deed, and community access for the many other deeds that surround our bluff. Our newly added Arena in the northern section of the deed offers an area for events to be held either by our deed, or as a venue for other settlements to borrow for thier events. With over 2000 tiles Oak Hill has much land outside of the main town offering plenty of room to grow, we will be happy to help you pick a spot, drop your tent, and build the humble home or the grand stone castle of your dreams. Until you are able to do so though, we also offer a dorm floor in the Main Hall with beds for members of the community to use for sleep bonus. These private rooms include a bedside table, bookcase and large chest for members valuables while they stay in thier room preparing to build their home or found their own deed. For travelers have a Tavern to meet your needs as well. Special Guests of the deed will have access to Guest Cottages for the duration of thier stay for whatever function they are here for. Hell horses does not work the same way as regular horses, they can be a hassle to deal with since they are aggressive creatures and can sometimes attack you, when you are near them. They also need to be replaced about every 3 months from when they reached hitch-able age, since they will become "unruly" and unhitch when they reach the last aged stage (29 in-game months) You also need to be aware that they will be attacked by templars, unless they are branded, so make sure to brand them so nothing bad will happen! It's also worth mentioning that you do need 31 in Body control to ride one, and unless its tamed it will attack you while riding it. Celebrate the unification of Blackwatch with me. I am celebrating by hosting a party on Sunday, September 5th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. The Events: Horse Races - We will be hosting horse races at Blackwatch during this event. Bring your best Horse to the event and square off against your neighbors and friends! We will hold two different rounds for each bracket. Groups of 5 will square off at a time in our Best of Breed Brackets and the final bracket winner of each round wins a cash prize, 10s. Horse only, no equipment permitted. Feel free to bring your best tack along for our Bling Bling Brackets. Show off your fancy saddles and expensive horseshoes and see who has the best of the best. 10 Silver prize to the winner of each round's Final Bracket. Price reduced to 40s , with almost 30s in upkeep thats just 11ish Silver for a huge landscaped deed Large Deed terraformed for farming and ranching . 51x44 = 2244 tiles . Tiered farming down toward the shoreline. about 20 tiles from a market deed and shore, Canal runs under a small part of it to heartland. but mostly un-mined, copper and iron veins up near workshop. Large animal pens x3 one smaller one. large horse breeding pen stable area in back. the tiered farming area partly walled off and could be animal pens too. started a tree farm on deed to for harvesting. near some nice deeds with helpful people, and churches for sermons near by. I had over 100 animals and the ratio was still over 15 so no worries there. I had plan to use canal to offshoot into the deed to build a nice boat harbor underground and build a underground town too. leaving the upper area as farm. easy to set up merchant at waterdeep market deed just below. I spent just over 22s creating deed size, upkeep monthly 4.48s 206 days left . 100's of hours into landscaping this Hill into this. walled off farm areas for safety . highway comes through it so Wagoneer delivery is possible. plenty of space for boats down in the sea, off deed or anchor at market deed. Couple minute ride to heartland too. or use canal for smaller boats. lots of hunting grounds north west in the steeps. very ready to move into, the workshop has 4 work area, i had kitchen , smithing, and tailoring and carp. 3 upper area for beds or more work space. great views up there, but a few extra trees grew. the farm area i was planting each type of bush on the slope tiles too.
