  1. Hello, I play on a server and we regular players play on other people's servers and we suggest mods to the owners and they look into them before adding. I always look at the mods however I don't know if anyone suggested this yet. If so, well I'll just bring it up again. I'm sure many want the same mod. But it is that we all can't use "disintigrate" to destroy veins. Instead, we would ask a fellow staff of our server since we cannot hit to destroy them in 1 hit like GMs can. Sure we can simply mine them, but would you, yourself spend most of your time completing thousands and thousands of actions to destroy a vein, and having too much of stuff you won't use like sandstone, copper, almost everything? We've all been there, sooo much lol. So I like to have a mod that will allow us to use a blunt wep like a large maul to destroy veins that are in the way by ourselves so GMs arnt helping with them. They may help to be helpful, but it's not rlly their job to hop around destroying veins for players who are too lazy. And sometimes, GMs don't have the time to come on, or come by every time. This is what I would suggest. Thank You.
  2. We recently ran into an issue where someone made a bridge on his perim. He made the bridge and it is his deed with his perim. The bridge is not connected to a house as it is in perim. In replanning deed he wanted to move the bridge...and there is no way to quickly destroy it. Battering ram does not work on bridges. Catapults only hits bottom 6 and top two tiles not in the middle. Mauls give .5 damage every 50 seconds for 28 tiles of double stone bridge...it takes days and days of bashing. Long story short: Please allow bridges to be destroyed like a house with a writ or via manage options...where bridges are added and has a destroy button to use in case it is not connected to a house.
  3. There seems to be a bug when using a catapult to destroy fences on a deed. - the problem occurs when using a non-citizen of a deed to catapult stone fences on the deed. - occurs with permissions set for Non-Citizens can destroy fences and also when player is given a role with permissions set for destroying fences - bug manifests itself with continuous 'you just missed the fence' messages. - this occurs regardless of whether the catapult is fired from on deed or off deed to the on deed fences. - bug can be repeated and confirmed by firing the catapult at fences that are not on the deed -- this works while the player is on the deed perimeter To reproduce the bug: - use a non- citizen of the deed, set settlement permissions to allow Destroy Fences for the non-citizen - target a fence that is on deed - fire catapult . . . . . you just miss the fencen Skyefox
  4. I found it extremely difficult to destroy a partial rope fence. The fence had these stats: [22:56:16] QL=9.901449, dam=0.0 I used a large maul with a QL = 18 and it was destroyed, useless and tossed away. Then I used a maul of QL = 27 and it was destroyed, useless and tossed away. Lastly I pulled out my large axe of QL = 69 and it destroyed the partial rope fence, but took 29 damage in doing so. Since I made the ropes I know they are not made of titanium! So is this a bug? If so, please fix it.
  5. Hi, It has taken me 5 hours so far to destroy 2 sections of a bridge I built just off deed, as an experiment, using a large maul, 82ql to start - can't use catapult as not enough room before an abandoned ship is in the way - and miss most of the time anyway with catapult and just waste shards that way. I understand that it should be difficult to destroy bridges on pvp. However, on pve, there needs to be a quicker way to do this. Any ideas would be welcome, but I suggest that the destruction of bridges be made way easier on pve servers. Thanks,
  6. Would be nice if woa had an impact on the timer for destroying a wall or whatever. Not to mention tool ql and other factors.
  7. My idea is that if you no longer have a use for something like lets say a large cart, you've made a better one or someone gave you one or you found an abandoned one with the name eroded off or something, why not instead of leaving it to rot, or destroying it, don't you include an option to dismantle it, that way players can have a CHANCE to get back a few of the materials used in the original creation of the item/wall/road/floor or whatever you may find that's deteriorating abandoned or is without a question of a doubt yours
  8. New players make many mistakes when first building their plots. also sometimes they die and cant get back in their place because they lost the keys or even left keys inside their fenced area. Suggestion: Give fences a creation signature, if they built it, then they could destroy it. That gives them a chance to correct the mistakes. And of course cant destroy fences he didnt build, preventing griefing. And If a player has over 20 strength, then he can destroy as usual, observing enclosure and deed rules. new player just said this to me. [14:15:01] <Decrepted> it's bad when u build a fence and you can't even destroy your own creation =/
  9. Could you please add a checkbox in the game options for removing the "destroy" option from the menu. I'm always misclicking it as it's right next to "continue" and/or one of the improvement options. This is especially a problem for those with mouse aiming difficulties due to RSI etc. ps. The same goes for taking items out of of a bsb, the "send" button is too close to the "50" radio check box. Could that be moved a line lower please?
  10. I wanted a pallisade gate built and asked my friend who has very high skills to make it for me. However, I screwed up and told him pallisade instead of pallisade gate. So he built a pallisade fence. When he tried to tear it down with his large maul he did very little damage. He said I would do more damages since it was on my deed. Guess what? I get NO option to destroy the pallisade fence. It's on my deed, within my village boundry. Yet I CAN'T DESTROY IT!!!! What kind of logic went into this thinking? Shouldn't a mayor have final say as to what can or can't stand on a deed? Especially one with only one citizen, the mayor. Just because I asked someone else to make something on my deed I can't destroy it if I need to? Or is this a bug?
  11. So it is illegal to break into an enclosure that is fenced in with a house, but yet it is perfectly legal to expand a perimeter over the same enclosure performing basically the same action (by not being able to repair the house) just taking longer to do it. Obviously this would be extremely rude, but completely legal by the game rules and the one with the "protected" enclosure could do nothing about it. So by means of allowing a semi grace period it is acceptable to break into someone's enclosure?
  12. I was playing earlier today and I was able to use destroy a fellow villager's roof from any distance I could still select it from and outside the dwelling. I also tried to see if I could delete my neighbor's roof to test and while I could not because it was deeded, it seems I was able to plan a floor despite there being a roof and it not being mine. I was however prevented from doing so by the walls of the building. I didn't test if I could plan a floor inside because my neighbors are paranoid and lock their doors. Thanks for reading.
  13. sorry my bad ... some times im stuppid ;P
