I've also prospected silver, copper and zinc on the uncovered rock areas. The island is covered in trees (pine, willow, oak, cedar, no fruit trees) and one or two thorns. Hunting: The island is dangerously good hunting, right now there's two champ trolls running about. You can expect raging scorpions, spiders, hellhounds, bears, wolves, lions and trolls. Ships: As I haven't been able to sell them, you get these ships included (will be owned by Darkblood at handover); Caravel 'The Emperor's Wrath', oak, 68ql, pretty good lock, anchor. Caravel 'The Festering Scythe', cherry, 52.9ql, poor lock, anchor and 44 rafts. Corbita 'Evil Overlord', cedar, 31ql, poor lock, anchor. I highly recommend viewing the place in person. At it's longest length I think the island is some 200 tiles across. Your nearest neighbour is across at crater lakes sanctuary, only viewable in local from the docks. If the deed is named as a castle, citadel or fortress, in-game, then it may request to be represented as a castle icon. Deeds may request one specialist merchant icon. e.g. Leatherworker. Deeds may request mailbox, merchant or trader icons. Alliances Deeds can be shown to belong to an alliance using a colour-code system. Alliances can request a colour for their alliance. Allocation will depend on existing alliances within their area. In some cases where a alliance members are in close proximity to one another, the alliance can choose to have the alliance name on the map instead of individual deed names. Highways and Tunnels Only roads which qualify as Highways under the game rules may be submitted for the map. Cave canals may be submitted. Walkway tunnels that fall under the protection of Highways under the game rules may be submitted. Miscellaneous Deeds requesting to be Markets should have at least 3 filled merchants stalls present. Towers can be submitted by grid location. Towers may not be added if their position overlaps badly with an existing deed. All non-deed symbols/icons may be moved/removed as deeds have priority. Only a small selection of 'trades' or 'crafts' will be available as specialised merchant icons. Please do not repeatedly request more. Excessive squabbling will not convince me to add/amend anything.   12. Hillbilly deeds consists of 2 deeds run by me, Guruen. Located X28Y44 on this map; http://impgal.site90...elebtpikols.jpg The main deed, where I live on, is Hillbilly Hermitage. The second deed is located just south of my main deed, perimeter touching. See pictures at the end of this post Currently there is 1 spots open for a villager on this deed. What i'm looking for is someone mature that wants a place to live and is capable of being independent. Wether you're just starting out in the game or have been playing for a while doesn't matter, as long as you're active and plan on playing this on a regular basis (don't need daily, but at least a few times each week). What I can offer in return is: 2x2 tile house, with a personal 6-9 tile yard. Relative safe place to live. There is alot of wild life, so good for hunting. A guardtower is present on deed, in case things gets a bit to dangerous. =) Loads and loads of trees to cut down (and replant ofc! Sickle will be provided). All the iron you'd ever need. Also some lead available should it be needed. Several tar spots close to deed, clay is about 5-10 min travel from deed (at Amish Paradise). Any tools you'd need and not able to craft yourself. 1-2 free horse for travelling purpose. Bed, forge, oven and access to meals. Great Alliance with alot of helpful people spread across the server. Due to the limited space on this deed, it is not suited to handle farmers and breeders. It is however ideal for hunters, smiths, carpenters etc. Also if you're just looking for a temp. place to hang your hat untill you find your own spot, you're welcome. If you end up living here I do expect you to be active, and if you're going to be offline for longer periods of time give me a fair warning (either forum PM or catch me ingame).   21. Yes Korner Grove is again recruiting. We have one deed for the main village and one for the farms. This village was one of the first 10 or so on cele on opening day. It was then expanded to establish inudustry. We have everything set up and ready to get back into action. We currently have 2 permanant residents with room for many more. If you dont like grinding skills and are a more relaxed player, we would welcome you also. We dont have many rules as long as you respect others and their property and arent running around causing chaos. We have 2 mines with many iron and zinc deposits, a complete and large docking area, clay very near, lots of room for further expansion if you want to start a project.   24. Oakheart Shores – where people can learn in peace and safety This deed wants to be a beginner academy for friendly and open people joining the game. It will not restrict citizens by gender, religion, timezone or how often they log in. All we want is a group of people willing to learn, enjoy themselves and (necessary) speak English. The deed is located on the topmost island of Celebration, the Cherrywood Isle (BD-58 coordinates on http://noizeviolation.com/wurm/CelebL.png). Being an island has its advantages and disadvantages – but best of them all, it is less traveled. The deed is on the south side of the island on the waterfront. Main entrance is located east, making a connection to the (only) highway that connects the north and south sides of the island. There are deeds nearby, mostly friendly people though, but nothing very close so you can still have your privacy. The deed itself is walled off and it has a maxed out guard tower, meaning you are always safe inside the deed from creatures and have protection from the tower guards in the immediate surroundings outside the gate. All the infrastructure of the deed is already in place, so you will not have to worry about where to leave space open and where not. The Community Center Building (in the middle) has the basics already there (forge, oven, large anvil, BSB, table, bed, coffin, large barrel) and it has a well to provide continuous water. It also has a mine with 3 iron veins and a forge - and pairing that with the forest just outside the back entrance (next to the mine) gives you access to all basic resources. The owners of the deed live on the north side of the island so when in need, all it takes is a 5 minute trip to solve any problem you might have (plus, you can always chat with them when they’re online via alliance chat). The possible lots that you can choose from (see below) where thoroughly thought through and are virgin, leaving you the opportunity and chance to modify them as you wish (see rules). All in all the owners will try to help you as much as they can (or within their available time) with advices or some materials (like meals or resources not found in the immediate area). The purpose though is for you to have a good start in the game and give you the opportunity to develop your skills without needing to “start from nothingâ€, without the constant danger of creatures and in a community that just makes everything more fun . Rules: · On your lot you can do anything you want as long as you don’t step on someone else’s toes · Existing roads and fences are not to be modified or destroyed without prior discussion with Thorakkanath, Inspira or Vitrelle · All trees on your chosen lots can be cut down with the exception of oaks, those have to remain · On the back of the deed in the perimeter – there is a forest, you can cut down those trees if you need wood, but please always replant what you cut down · Try to help each other, everyone is a beginner and together you can learn easier the game (and it’s more fun too!) – maybe someone goes into mining and tool making for everyone else, someone else does farming, etc. – the possibilities are endless · Be polite and respectful, this is a game that people play to relax, not to hear drama · We reserve the right to kick and KoS anyone that obviously does not let others enjoy themselves in the game (and also for long periods of inactivity without letting us know in advance) · If you work together you could even start your own farm outside the deed borders and inside the perimeter (blue line) – but you will need to terraform the ground and build fences and locked gates to protect your crops from intruders and animals · You are allowed to use, but not build or modify the community areas, these will be done either by or together with the owners · Lastly, these rules are meant not to restrict, but to insure a nice and peaceful atmosphere where everyone (hopefully) will enjoy themselves and the game J · The special rule: well, this is no rule , but a deed does cost silvers to keep up, so if you wish to support us in our efforts, please send us a message, you will try to get you something nice if you do so – we promise!
