I was playing about 5 to 6 hours ago. Come back and now, client loads, but when it tries to connect to server says server not available but website says server is up. Is login server down? Also cannot login to the shop

So I just bought premium time. My account kept crashing so I thought maybe I was hacked and someone was playing on it and that's why it kept closing (sometimes with a red screen, sometimes with nothing..it would just disappear) so I tried to change my password. I tried changing it with 3 different emails and it said all were wrong. The password I used before to login is not working either. I was playing this morning so what's the deal? -
Hello i am midnightroamer from wurm online and have tried to login for the past WEEK and it just says i need to register a account when i already registered many years ago. I have had premium time for awhile now and intill september but have gave up on wurm. I have given up because i can not login, it just gives me the ERROR-CONNECTION DENIED YOU NEED TO REGISTER A ACCOUNT, So i just quit and stop trying. This kinda saddens me that i cant play a game that i just spent like 16 euros. I hope somebody will help me. I just wanna play. By the way my login information is right i checked by using in shop! Thanks if youll can help me!

2 Months ago I was playing in the premium server,but them I stopped playing. Now I tried to come back,but I can't login because my character is at the premium server and I'm not premium anymore. It says to buy premium again to login,but I cant buy premium because I dont have a international credit card. I got premium before,working for players and gettin silver coins,thats how I did it. This means that I lost my account? Is there a way to move my character "Duvainor" to a non-premium server?
