  1. as a nathan priest you receive +5 alignment whenever you deal the killing blow to anyone. doesn't matter if they are a wl or bl follower. [14:26:58] You cut Madtanker deadly hard in the stomach and damage it. [14:26:58] Alignment increased by 5.0000 to -95.0000 from what i've heard this is also the same for tosiek priests.
  2. So with the fix in for boat crossing lock ups today I noticed the freeze embark bug is back. It happened many times today on wagons/carts/horses where I would embark from any range other than standing on top of the vehicle and ending up having to relog due to freeze up. It happened about 5x hopping onto a cart and once each hopping onto a wagon and horse.
  3. Happened for a second day in a row. First happened for a player, rebooting the server fixed it. Today happened for me, and I'm the server owner/GM. The other GM can see who is on (via /who) and all those players are legit. Apparently the server just picks a random player and locks them out? WTF? Even weirder, eventually I was able to log on just fine (without rebooting this time). Seems the latest hack was not very well tested.
  4. Recent patch notes state you cannot mine near a fence now. Is it intended at this distance? You cannot now surface mine near a fence, not just on a corner where you would alter the fence. Edit: Player with this issue states they were surface mining that spot earlier, and now they cannot, and also the castle is pink as shown.
  5. Hello! I finally made my own thread about this bug I've had for about 2 years now, ever since I started to use new laptop with 64-bit java. Tiles have since then shifted randomly while I move. I've tried to google out several times how to fix this issue, but I haven't been able to find solution that works for me. I've tried different combinations with the Compability -settings without any result and also tried both 32-bit and 64-bit java. My graphics card is Nvidia GeForce GT 740M. Here are some examples of my view when I play the game. Any solution ideas are welcome!
  6. Using unload_cargo keybind on the contents of a crate unloaded them on the ground as a single bulk item. The crate behaved as if the unloaded items were still inside it. Moving the contents to a different crate by drag and drop left the original crate bugged. It would appear full but expanding it to see its contents revealed it was actually empty.
  7. If you have a fenced area and build a bridge along side the fence, animals will be able to walk through the bridge and ignore the fence.
  8. Once you have finished a spiral staircase, if it is next to a wall there is no easy way to plan the next level of wall beside it, the tile border does not show up at all from all angles but standing directly above the wall. After trying from many different angles I was finally able to plan the two walls above next to the stairs by rotating the stairs in such a manner that allowed you to walk out on top of the wall down below and then plan the new wall above it. I suggest planning the new walls before building the next level of stairs as it is easier to walk onto the wall. There must be an easier and safer way to do this, a few levels off the ground is not bad, but having to do this from greater heights is a risk.
  9. After creating a house, I added onto it and built up arched wood walls, but then upon trying to place floors, the floors cannot be built or destroyed, only planned. I've built one up already, so there's just one finished floor and the plans around it that cannot be interacted with. http://imgur.com/1cGBdjz This applies to the ground level floors as well. This also occurs on newly made houses as well.

When trying to build a Wooden plank floor on a second story, after the initial structure has been finished and the part being built is an add-on, it simply will not create, and attempts to destroy do not do anything. Picture~ The same goes for other floors on the same level, cannot create or destroy/ interact in any way.

  12. Since today's update, players on my server are complaining of messed up mixed-grass textures (pile of mixed grass is fine, this seems to effect the display of dropped individual pieces of mixed grass).
  13. So riding down a slope to a fence, I did not intend to try riding through it, I wanted to turn and follow it a short distance to get around it. As soon as I got near the fence, this was on a 33 slope I bugged into the wall and could not move in any direction, as well as being dismounted from the horse. This seemed to be the same effect as described when the source salt spell is cast to create a wall. Photo is from after I relogged, but before I dragged the horse out of the fence. This occured tonight on the chaos server after the latest patch.
  14. As the title says the texture of the portcullis seems to be displayed incorrectly since the new update on steam. Put the image in a spoiler because its large. (2560x1440)
  15. Off-Deed Building Decay...is once again bugged. Since the last round of this bug, I've repaired a ton of longhouses and structures off-deed back to <10 damage. They're back up to 30-50 damage in the last week or two (these are all 85-90ql stone structures). A gatehouse I built less than 2 months ago at 93ql walls is up to 30 damage. This is consistent in all places checked - both buildings I am the owner of and not, my own and others. Once again broken. The last bug like this cost me several days of playtime to repair and over 20k repair bricks. I can't do it again - please, when you fix, run an update on the database to delete 30-50 damage off of off-deed buildings...or just all buildings, since on-deed don't take decay in most cases. Do something, this is crazy sad. Or a good ploy to have us drop more deeds...which I would gladly do if I could. ALLOW 1 TILE PERIM DEEDS OR FIX THIS INSANE BUG. I do not want to spend all my game time every day making repair bricks and repairing house walls that, prior to this bug, would accrue 10 damage PER CALENDAR YEAR and have, in the last 3 months, accrued 7-8 YEARS worth of damage because of these bugs. Not fair, not cool, frustrating this loyal customer.
  16. So I started a building about 4-6 weeks ago and never got to finishing the 3rd floor till today. I have 6 unfinished floor plans and several wall plans. I cut my planks and went about building the floors first. I have a habit of checking a finished floor or wall for ql once it is finished, and I was surprised to see my finished floor looking like this, [20:45:55] QL = 27.706396, dam=20.0. I am not sure if this is a feature or a bug, and have never had it happen to me before, I have left parts of buildings unfinished for weeks as I tend to hop from project to project. This is a building on deed and with extra silvers in the coffer to keep things happy. I thought it was a glitched so I built two more floors to have the same results. After that I went and destroyed all the other old floor/wall plans I had and re-planned them. Finished the next floor on a fresh plan with a finished result of 0.00 damage.
  17. So I had a rare unfinished Black Legion guard tower on freedom. When the kingdom disbanded, it reverted to a JK guard tower, instead of HOTS or even Freedom. Was this suppose to happen? The tower should had reverted to the original kingdom model right? Hots. So why is it Jenn Kellon model now?
  18. So jumped on cart and went to move close to same time and instantly got tossed off the cart, same as yesterday.
  19. Can not cross server normally without plotting courde. Dumps you out of boat, shark circling like the old days. At Deli south shoreline dropped me out of boat 10 timed back to back, turned boat, sailed west for 4 min with" your position is not updated on server", then it updated and dropped me way away from my boat! This is not acceptable, glad your happy with it!

This looks like an issue that's unintended: When a player kites a mob to someone's deed and then helps the templars kill that mob, templars (and tower guards in the vicinity) will turn hostile and attack the player. It's effectively like the player has been put on KoS - templars will remain hostile even after several hours and relogs. (There is no KoS message however.) It happened to a friend earlier today, and I was able to reproduce the issue with one of my alts. I suppose the reason is that the player is actually not permitted to attack mobs on deed (by deed permissions), but still can do it because the mob was targeted before he entered the deed (??). This could be pretty dangerous for careless new players who are trying to fight mobs after kiting them to the next deed!
  21. ive found a slight bug, Code issue you might want to take a look at: http://imgur.com/v8fQb9h 1) I filled up my carry weight by buying a turret from Glasshollow market. 2) I super slowly walked to boat 3) then l Raised Anchor. Upon finishing the action the Anchor went back into my inventory breaching the Carry/load limit of my char. max load I can carry for 21.95 Strength, is 153.62, Turret weighs 150.00, after raising my anchor I was carrying 172.27 Might want to look into this code for raising the anchor.
  22. The mid screen text field (usually shown to show yellow shutdown messages) is also displaying foraging messages such as "This area has been picked clean." in white. When foraging multiple tiles, if more than one tile is picked clean the messages will rack one below the other.
  23. I have noticed that offdeed lockpicking is bugging out where I guess it can't tell who is the owner of the gate/building and know if you are an enemy or not. The normal time it should stay open is 10 minutes and nothing will change that. However, there is a mechanic where an enemy in local will mean the gate will open for 1 minute for your own gates/buildings when walked through. But what happens is if pick an enemy's gate/building after you pick it open for 10 minutes, it will be fine until you walk through it and it will instantly change to 1 minute timer instead of the 10 minute one it should stay. This means it thinks you own the gate and if an enemy is in local, it makes it really hard to lockpick through an area.

On 14th Jan 2016 at 4:46pm (GMT) i encountered a problematic bug I smelted down 10 steel pickaxes and instead of lumps i received nothing, smelted down another 5 about 10 minutes later and there's was still no lumps given after the smelting. The only steel lump in the forge was the leftover .36kg from making the pick heads I've been making tools and smelting them back down to grind smithing for the past month and a bit and this is the first time it's ever happened.
