My idea is a hitched state where the graphic changes slightly for wagons and large carts most. While hitched they would look as they do now. Unhitched the large cart could be rotated so that the yoke rested on the ground. With wagons the yoke could be folded underneath for a more compact look. The state would be similar to the proximity state of doors and gates(open/closed) so it shouldn't be too time consuming to code/re-image. Animations would be nice but not required. A simple display un/hitched graphic would be fine. The coding changes, in theory could then be transferred to boats, un/moored. Where the sails could be stowed.

I've suggested this before but once again find myself paring down my friends list for the sake of vehicle security. I would like to give some members of our alliance, but not all, and some members of my friends list, but not all, permission to use my large carts and boats. Right now it's all or nothing for village and friends which forces me to reduce my friends list to only those I want to use my vehicles. Some people you may run into seem like decent folk on the outset, but if we friend each other to keep in touch and converse at a later date that should not automatically give them the right to access my boats, wagons or carts. This should be reserved for people that have proven their intent and trustworthiness, not any random player that throws you a friend request. I suggest changing the vehicle management and permissions to be similar to those of a building writ or mine door.

There is absolutely no way to load large crates into a caravel without using the select window you just can not see them and be close enough to load them. I am sure there are issues with other large boats too. Maybe you can make it so you can drag them from your cart/wagon and drop them in the boat window and that will start the load sequence?

So a friend had her ship stolen, it was found later but completely emptied, and she was in the middle of moving to Xanadu. I did some testing. As long as key's on me or my backpack, ANY item I activate gives me the "Unlock" option when rightclicking my vehicles. Hadn't given it much thought until now, when I realized "heeeey... some people, myself included, play with sound off at times". The clicking sound had tipped me off so far all these times but....... ARE YOU TRYING TO HELP THIEVES? I'm gonna assume it's a bug and not intentional. I spent a couple hours trying to get crates and other loadable items on my corbita and gave up. some would go in super easy. however, most of the time i get too far away message. moved the boat all over, found a spot that appeared to load everytime and then again too far. or you cannot see it due to the sides of the boat and cannot click it to load it. Please make LOADING objects onto boats easier! thanks! Junk

Since we now have crates (my favorite part of 1.2) which are bsb's recoded for boats and carts/wagons, I was wondering if we could get a recode job for beds as well. As a bonus, throw in a new craftable item as an oven that would fit in wagons/boats. It would be easy enough to make them take 30 or 40 skill like wagons did to keep them from being spammed if desired. These items would add some much wanted depth to travel in wurm. Comment Bunks/hammocks- right click to log off like a normal bed now and gain sb. Hammock would take 2 net traps+ 2 ropes. Bunks would take standard bed mats. Galleys/skulleries- Serve as an on the go oven for easy food prep. Would have space enough for only 5 pans. Would require less mats then an oven because of smaller size.
