Welsh Smithery and Brokerage Firm The Welsh Smithery and Brokerage Firm is once again open in southern Independence. The current base of operations is Foresthaven Retreat, which is off of Tranquility Bay, northwest of Boondocks. (That's 25x, 59y on the community Independence map and 14-S on the in-game map).
