Just to let anyone in the area of P22 and Falconguard know, that we have a bit of a vandalism problem. The people at Falconguard worked on a really nice canal to connect the lakes north and south of their deed. They haven't deeded the canal as it's a public canal and I can understand if they didn't want to pay the extra upkeep required to deed over its. I'm aware of the "deed it or lose it" saying and am simply posting this to let people know if anyone tries to sail up there. The canal was created by some good natured players to allow passage between two lakes. They even lent me their cart and horses to carry away from of the dirt for use on my deed. The canal has been destroyed by someone dropping a ton of signs everywhere and loads of dirt to fill the canal in. Myself (Naitey/Harmony) and friends will help fix it when we can. I myself won't be on again until Tuesday night due to work so will help if it's still not fixed by then. I'm hoping when fixed we can get the GM's to set it as a heritage site (before the player wrecks it again).

Therefore i am not listing my prices on this thread. once the market settle's i will add the prices. common items i sell are as follows. Planks Bricks mortar concrete Dirt shafts Corbita small crates large crates most orders are not preconstructed so allow some time for product to be fabricated. I (as of now) do not deliver i live on the south east coast of xanadu (Purgatory deed) and any and all orders can be picked up there by yourself or your agent. payment is expected upon pick up (no credit, unless you are a core member of BMTC). trades(for goods or services) may be arranged depending on any agreements that both parties agree to. If an order is placed and is not picked up after 30 days upon completion of contract, your order will be canceled and a 10% restocking fee will be paid before any other products or services can be purchased(if i do not have items ready by the agreed upon date i will deduct 10% from the overall price of the transaction per day to a maximum of 50%. *ready is defined as: on my docks ready for pick up, this does not include playing log in tag. I am on 5-7 days a week.). All of my bulk items come in complimentary large crates(or small if you perfer). Be safe but most of all have fun and build build build.

Absolutely love the land of Xanadu. Great job on the design but given it's size, sailing speeds NEED to be faster. Travel and trade among the community is essential to the game and boats are most definitely a primary method of transportation, especially on a map with the size and layout of Xanadu. A long journey by sea (by long I'm meaning numerous hours) when travelling between servers is understandable as that is a unique voyage but no one wants to spend 4-8 hours or more simply sailing to another part of Xanadu for something trivial like completing a business transaction or helping someone, etc. There's no doubt going to be people saying "It's fine the way it is, blah blah, etc" but save you're breath. It needs to be addressed. No one wants to spend multiple hours in their boat every time they need to travel, and they shouldn't have to. Realistic or not, let's keep travel fun.

Courier Casts -Available on Xanadu- The idea of starting this thread in advance is so that you can pre-order the casts. Send me a pm and I’ll write your name down on my list, give me information about where your deed is located and what cast power you're after. Once we’re allowed to bring our accounts over from the main servers I’ll have the route all planned so that I can get everybody's mailboxes cast within a couple of days. My Fo priest is highly skilled but there are a couple of things you can do to help achieve a higher cast quickly! Higher ql mailboxes seems easier to cast on, so imp them up! If you can build an altar of Fo (or metal altar which I can bless) on your deed that’ll help me as I’ll have lots of items to sacrifice! Price list 70+ Power = 2s 80+ Power = 2.5s 90+ power = 3.5s Because I want this service to be available to as many people as possible I’ll also accept gems (1c/ql) and sleep powders (1s/per) as alternative payment options If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! As titles says, and if they reocurr, not a bad place methinks. Kind of a fix repository. My +2 1.5 to the devs for today... Release seems stable so far. MY BOAT ISN'T SHAKING ANYMORE <3 (that one was spooky, was waiting for reality to tear and blow up my boat and myself any second, apart from the eye pain) Edit: Moored a sec to fish and tame a bearshark for transport, when i raised anchor again, started shaking again. Had worked smooth at first when coming in from Release. Relogged with boat anchored, and boat unanchored and me disembarked, didn't fix it. Shake itself is now only myself, not the whole boat. Boat still does stutter but way way less. More data: Supreme Rowboat, really hoping rarity isn't at fault here or I may cry salty pirate tears. At least the initial success when sailing in from Release (where it doesn't happen, or Pristine) means devs are apparently on the right track.

Current location - h11 So as to improve the life of everybody settling there, I offer my humble service consisting of decent skills mainly in the field of processing and improving wooden items. For instance i will improve your floor looms and wooden spirit cottages/castles, provide you with decent tools like mallets and fishing rods, cut some (or some more) logs for your own imping requirements and so on. Who We Are Axiom is currently made up of a small group of friends who have been playing games together for many years, as well as some new people we have met here in Wurm. We have a wide variety of characters, covering a wide range of skills and experience. While we may not have any super crafters, we like many others continue to skill up and improve, and also have a selection of priests to enchant and do other fun tricks. Who We Want We will welcome just about any player of any skill level with the following guidelines. They should be Premium or fully intend to go premium once they cap their skills. They should be very self motivated and willing to take on big projects and help out around the deed, especially during the initial construction phase. It is also strongly encouraged for them to be comfortable with use voice chat (Team Speak) and have a mic/headset to communicate with other members of the deed, and take part in our little family. If you are a loner, don't want to work with others, or consider yourself a hermit, this is not the village for you. What We Offer Aside from a fun community with experienced players who don't have huge egos, we are happy to provide you with a plot of land on the deed with which to create your home in any style you like (within reason). We will have large tracts of farm land for people looking to skill farming, as well as sizable herds for those interested in raising their animal husbandry. Our current location provides access to desert/steppe/forest hunting and we intend to enhance the local biomes once the deed is closer to completion. We have multiple Iron Veins and continue to tunnel to reveal more resources. Our bay is right on the main sea on the west coast, and our neighbors are all friendly and helpful. On top of all that, we are happy to help provide equipment for new players, and support higher skilled players. We have a priest from each freedom god, and do regular sermons. How Do I Join If you are interested in joining you can either PM me here on the forums or contact me in game. Don't expect an instant invite but we don't have a crazy application process either. We will have a friendly discussion and get a chance to find out what your experience, hopes and desires are and make sure we seem like a good fit. Building Regulations We understand that everyone has their dream home, but in the interest of keeping the village pleasing to the eye, we do not allow buildings to have main floors above the second story, and only small extensions up to the 4th floor. If you have an amazing idea for your home that would break these guidelines we are happy to review the plan and if it looks good and fits in we'll happily support you. Bellow you can find a layout of the deed which indicates available plots for villagers. The larger plots are reserved for more experienced players, and or those who have been with us for a long time. We also have small starter cottages for brand new players looking to get their feet wet and want a roof over their head.

And then the materials to build a wagon and a enough materials to build 6 beds or if you have the finished products that you could bring over that's cool too. I was wondering how long it takes for the server to recognize planted steppe and start spawning animals? I have an island on Xanadu and i have planted about 120 tiles i guess in steppe. The steppe is all perimeter but not deeded yet because i was waiting on this to see if i can get some bison and maybe a hell horse pair. Has any of you tried this and if so how long did it take? Also do you have any advice that might speed up the process?

With the connection of Release/Pristine to Xanadu I came up with the idea of a Ferry Service for anybody who does not own their own boat. I will sail you to Xanadu and drop you off on the coast-line near the starter deed of Esteron. In order to catch the Ferry to Xanadu you must send me a PM here on forums or in-game (Jakeii) and we will discuss the time of departure. Location of Ferry service: Fort Huntsman Docks: X4 : Y16 on the Community Map. G8 on In-Game Map. The trip to Xanadu will cost 10c per character. Each trip must have 2 or more characters catching the ferry before it will leave. The trip will include: 1x Meal 50ql+ (1.90kg)1x Small Bucket of water Book a Luxury Ferry ride to Xanadu today!

Niederschoenhaven is a large deed (100x100 or so planned) that is going to have plenty of room for everyone to work to their heart's content. I am looking for 5 or 6 villagers, preferably new characters but I'm flexible. We have a decently leveled miner and smith, and I am leveling wood skills (out of nesecity) as well as leatherworking, butchering, digging, and farming. We still need another carpenter, a rancher, a tailer, and a few others. Also If you just want to hang out and learn the game you are welcome too. Basically need warm bodies at this point. There is a lot of work to do. Here is a picture in the fall: And one in the winter: Let me know if you are interested, I am willing to work with just about anyone. Works in progress: Road up to the ridge and thus the rest of the world: 0.01% complete. The mine: 4 iron tiles uncovered (hopefully they stay fingers crossed). Basic workshop: 0%. WATER: WE HAVE WATER WOOT WOOT got a fountain working yesterday. Project for barrels and several more fountains: 10%. Short list: Ranch area worked. Farm land developed. Deed expansion. We will need to cut down 300,000 lemon trees and replace with various wood types. Orchard needs planted. A few notes: Contributing to the deed upkeep is not a requirement, but is awfully nice as it is expensive. Ill reevaluate this once the /sell option works again. However, contributing to the community is necessary and something I struggle with so I suppose we can learn how together!
