  3. I am wanting to sell my last two deeds on Release and they both have traders. I will only sell them as a pair i will not split them up so don't ask. There is a gold vein on Brookhaven that was made with a Transmutation Rod and it has around 8k left for sure on it. There is also some slate prospected and a low ql iron vein exposed but I am sure there is much more to find in the area. There is not much there otherwise a 2x2 with a small pen to get you started and a 1x1 trader shack on nature preserve. Price = 1g (For both deeds and they each have a trader) Note: I will accept euro as payment at a 1-1 ratio They are both around the x39 y13 area on the forums map so just go have a look if you like..
  4. OK I just inherited a dead trader, it was already existing, so the ratio currently is 0.0, and it has no money on it. I know I need to get some silver on it and then drain it to reset the ratio. Whats the best "thing" to buy to get cash on there so I can then drain it and easily reset the ratio. Id like to spend as little as possible getting it reset once again. Thanks
  5. I bought this deed in a package deal and have taken what i wanted so i am now going to auction off the deed. Note: For those of you that have been following along the trader issue has been fixed the owner of the other deed kicked it out of their deed for me so it is all ready to go. Moonshadow located at 18x 4y Pristine Starting Bid: 40s (I do accept euro at a 1-1 ratio) Increments: 5s Buyout: 60s No Reserve 1h sniper protection
  6. When you buy a trader deed and the trader ends up belonging to another deed there is no way for the mayor to take control of that trader. If they have a high tax rate the deed that they belong to will end up getting 40% to their upkeep even though it is on your deed. If a player wanted to they could set up a bunch of them with max tax and sell the deeds off after they have got their money back and rake in the upkeep for a long time. What i am suggesting is allowing the mayor of the deed the trader is on to take control of the trader with a right click option or deed setting.

  9. I am selling Union Island on Celebration. Union Island is located in the Southeast corner of Celebration. The Island consists of 3 deeds: Union Island (81 x 61 with 5 perimiter), East Union Island (11 x 11 with 5 perimiter), and Cake (45 x 27 with 5 perimiter). There are a total of 4 private traders on the Island: 2 on Union Island deed, 1 on East Union Island deed, and 1 on Cake deed. Cake and East Union Island are mostly trader deeds at this point and are not very developed other than a building for the trader. Union Island is the main deed and has several buildings and useful features. Union Island has a mine that contains Iron, gold, tin, zinc, and copper. The entrance to this mine is on deed. However, only the iron is on deed. The rest of the metals are offdeed, but in the same mine. The copper, zinc, and tin are all next to each other, so its a great set up for those who like to smelt brass and bronze. There are also several lead veins on the island, although only one has been exposed at this time. The entrance is currently caved in, but I may try to get over there and open it back up soon. Other resources on the island: are clay, tar, and a decent amount of almost every type of tree/bush. Only exception to this are the newer types. Union Island deed has a generous supply of oaks. The Union Island deed also has several usefull buildings including a warehouse stocked with BSB's and a couple of spacious houses with nice workshops. There are also several fenced areas for those who like to farm and raise animals. There are also several cattle and horses on deed, however, I can't vouch for traits because my husbandry skill is quite low. There are also 2 guard towers on the Union Island deed. Cake and East Union Island come with a newbie toon to hold the deed. A toon will need to be supplied by the buyer for the Union Island deed. I am asking 2.5 gold for all 3 deeds. Would prefer to sell the whole island to somebody who can use it and take care of it, if there are no buyers, I might be willing to split it up later. If you are interested, please PM me (Uian) in game or on forums. Here are some pictures of the Union Island deed: House with attached workshop This workshop is set up well for bulk item producers. [ [ [ [ Nice Yard. [ [ [ [ [ [ Spirit Cottage with 90 courier cast. [ View of docks from Union Island Token. [ Forest Plaza. [ Another House [ [ Warehouse [ Sand pit complete with BSB's with clay and dirt for easy mortar making. [ [ Oaks, Oaks, and more oaks!! [ [ [ A catapult [ Horse Pens and Stables

  18. Problem #1 (NPC traders): Publicly accessible traders are difficult to find any more. When you do find one, it has no money and requires exact change to trade. Traders in this state won't allow a trade unless change is exact. Solution: Add a "keep the change" checkbox to the trading dialog. If I want to trade 11 iron worth of cotton for a 10 iron spindle that the trader has, I should be allowed to. Problem #2 (NPC merchants): Although their new models are great, merchants largely all look the same and it's miserable trying to find one that's well stocked, never knowing which have been abandoned. Solution: The merchant should vanish or somehow visually "close shop" when they are empty/abandoned/poorly updated/poorly stocked. Problem #3 (NPC merchants): Areas with many merchants (freedom market, etc.) or poorly located merchants waste a lot of players' time to locate what they are looking to buy. Solution: Merchants could be linked within a 20 tile radius so in places where there are dozens of them the player doesn't have spend all day locating them all and going back and forth trying to compare prices. A column could be shown in the merchant's interface identifying the name of the merchant the particular goods are on (so the seller still gets represented to the buyer). Solution2: A different spin on this is that the merchant interface becomes available to players within a certain distance of a merchant. Essentially you could ride into the center of town and launch the interface via a button on your screen, it would let you cycle through the wares of nearby merchants, buy what you want, and ride off into the sunset. Problem #4 (NPC traders): All traders in my area are inaccessible to the public. Solution: Traders should be publicly accessible. See Problem #3 Solution#2 - allow a GUI-accessible interface to become available whenever the player is within a certain distance of a trader.
  19. I've got a stack of 40-50ql mallets I've made about a year ago to level my capentry. They're not needed and are just taking up space. I decide to sell them for a few irons at my deed's token. I walk up to it, activate one of the mallets, right click the token. To my suprise, the 'Sell' option doesn't appear. I try another mallet, thinking maybe this one is bugged - also nothing. I try a bunch of items at random from my inventory - still no option. I attempt the same at a nearby Trader, same problem. Someone in Help suggests I forage/botanize something, then try selling. That actually does work, and i'm able to sell the woad I botanized. I then go around the deed and pick up a few useless items and repeat the process: 17ql spatula - works. 36ql cloth glove - doesn't work. 27ql bull's eye - works. 46ql spindle - no go. 40ql rope tool - nope. Am i missing something? Does it purposefully ignore random items? Or is this a known bug?
  20. Hi, I'm looking to buy a trader/deed account Please PM me with price and info. Thanks
  21. Token selling is a fine feature, I'm a fan of the concept, but I personally refuse to use it (anymore). I accidentally sold my 80ql butchering knife to a token and refused to use the feature since. I just talked with somebody who did the same thing, selling his rare butchering knife because he miss clicked sell as opposed to trade. A simple option in the game settings to remove the menu option would be a great thing to have to prevent things like this from happening. My apologies if this has already been suggested.
  22. Want to sell unused trader form on Indy. PM me on indy or on forum if you like to buy. I am selling it for 40 silver.

Basic information. The deed is located at 36y 15x, or Silverton on the map. The deed is called Smokey hollow and the upkeep will last for another 43 days from 8/20/13. (The settlement has 3 silver, 35 copper and 12 iron in its coffers.) (The monthly cost is 2 silver, 17 copper and 80 iron.) This is located on the Deliverance server The deed comes with a trader placed inside of the keep building. The location of this deed is good, it is in a central area of Deliverance with nice social neighbors and has a highway running through it (can't KOS people in this deed.) There are a couple of very strong, social, and pleasant alliances in the area, with three very very gorgeous deeds just south along the highway. This deed is relatively close to Puzzle Plaza market and Greendog and has a good range of quick access to central Deliverance. Some functionality of the deed includes lots of Lavender plants for harvesting and is completely flat, farm ready, or anything else you would like to build here. Mailbox: [12:38:34] Courier has been cast on it, so it seems to be possessed by something.
